As of Monday, 10/7/2019, I received an email from Wish.com to confirm or not regarding my account's email address change.

Within this email from Wish, it indicated if you (me) did not authorize this email address change associated with your account. Send an email to support@wish!

I did, and sent another one. Wish support replied briefly to my first email and upped it to their specialist department.

In other words, I did NOT change my email within my Wish.com membership whatsoever. My Wish account got HACKED into and my email and including PW were changed.

I notified them to restore my membership back to me and thus far am being ignored by them.

Wish.com is definitely a scam and I would not recommend them.

I got caught up in trying to score a limited items deals stating if you are the first person to process payment for it. So I went ahead and ordered about 40-50 items and to no surprise, I wasn't first on any of them. Now the worst part is trying to get your refund for each. The only way is to select customer support bot and click through 5 things for each item and then multiply that times 50 items at about 2 min process click through the support bot and next thing you know an hour and 50 mins have gone by to get my refund.

They purposely made it supper difficult, when they could of let you check off multiple items at once. Then they hold your money for 2 weeks before they return it. Don't waste your time with that site - go to eBay, it's much safer and efficient and every item Wish has is on eBay for cheaper!

The site is good, the products a little less.

If you look hard for something good, you will find it.

If you look bad, you can still request a refund.

I recommend using coupons.

It takes forever to ship stuff after you purchase it. I have bought stuff over 2 months ago and still haven't gotten anything. I won't ever use this app again to shop for anything. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

I have been trying to get on my Wish account for months, they keep giving me the runaround. They say it's a problem on my end but I didn't do anything different than I always did for the years I've been buying on Wish. They still owe me almost $100 in Wish cash and I can't even use it. I always did my shopping for Xmas and other holidays on there now I can't do anything. Not happy.

I never had a problem with Wish and had used it for a couple of years before having two charges within 2 weeks of each other attempt to go through my credit card. Both charges were for items that totaled around $3000. I looked at my history and had never even gone to these vendors before, but somehow, they got my credit card info and charged my account. If they were smart, they would charge several people a small $30 amount and most likely it would go through but who wouldn't notice a $3000 charge? I've had to delete my Wish account because I had no idea how this happened and refuse to do business with a company that allows a vendor to charge an account without the request coming from my ID instead of their vendor account

Ordered Queen Air Mattress 79x61, in 2018, have not received it yet. Have paperwork I received from email after purchasing the Air Mattress. One year and a half (1 and 1/2) since I placed the order. No way to run a company. Scam for sure. I closed out that bank card. Would really like to have my monies back.

Paid on the 8th of September 2019 for an item, after payment then now ship not later than the 10th of October, which I am already angry about. A tracking number was given but shipped up to sg only. No more status updated after the 18th of September 2019. Checked again, became not later than the 10th of November 2019. Called their hotline, 1 (800) 266-0172, no such number. Used customer support, all preset Q&A which totally helpful.

NEVER BUY FROM WISH. IT IS A SCAM WEBSITE.

The good: I always had no problem getting a refund on a product that I purchase. I mostly received my products on time, some are late but still get them.

The bad: They advertise a product for a price but when you hit buy they change it a different higher price for size or color. I think that is wrong.

When I recently ordered an item, it listed regular shipping and express (fast) shipping and gave some dates. I wanted to use express to get an item I needed before leaving on a business trip. During the checkout process, nowhere did I see an option to select the shipping method. I thought I had just missed it so I immediately canceled and placed a new order, but this time after paying close attention to the process, shipping methods were not displayed nor options to select one over the other. After placing the order, I immediately tried to contact customer support but it's an automated bot with poor options to select for the reason for contacting them. The question I needed to select was not listed and when I chose other, it gave me a place to describe the issue, but the number of characters is limited so you can't fully describe the issue. It takes 3 days to get a response, which also seems automated. The response didn't address my issue and it stated you will get your order between this date and this date, which were not what I wanted. It seems that no one or no bot comprehended my issue and I got a canned response. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.

On 09/20/2019, I purchased a new product, Original Bluedio H+ Bluetooth Headphone Headset, from the Wish.com website. As a test I tried about 10 items, all had the same result.

The website is misleading and in my opinion is a scam, using false advertising to sucker in people. The sales pitch that the item is "free and only pay postage" is false and misleading.

In the fine print there is a statement that reads:

"Limited Quantity Deal: Only 1 offered at this price per day. First transaction that is fully processed will get the item. You will be notified in 24 hours if you were the first purchaser. All others will receive a full refund."

This is a total lie. I have attempted to buy another four different items and all have come back saying:

"Limited Quantity Deal: Unfortunately, your purchase was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price. We were unable to fulfill this order."

I placed the order and paid for it about 24 hours before.

You've managed to take the funds out of my account immediately yet I am advised that it may take 14 working days to get my refund. Question: How many people wouldn't bother to go through the hoops to get the refund (assuming it comes anyway)? You have a large number of these scams on the website.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Wish.com is a scam!
