I never got my stuff, and after week after week of emails, my wish came to a conclusion that it has been over a month and that it's not their responsibility anymore. So I closed my account with them, no more. As cheap as the products are, so are they with customer service. I'd rather pay more and buy American products that I know will last and with better customer service, even if the product is from overseas.

I ordered some Pokemon cards for around $8 and boy I thought I was getting a bargain. I was scammed. The boxes they came in were fake, they said Pokemon Go 2018 exclusive cards, they don't even exist! Then to top it off, all the cards were all fake! All made from some low-grade cheap cardboard, and they all even have the fresh cut paper shavings on them. LOL. I was like, "Really!?" You would have to be an idiot to believe they were real.

I had used Wish for about a year and really liked the site. I even told friends about it, however, I started receiving obscene items in my search sites, and I sent two emails requesting not to have the material displayed. My concerns were never addressed. In my second email, I advised I would delete my account if not properly addressed. Deleted account!

I've been a Geek.Wish.com and Home.Wish.com customer for about a year. Most products arrive before the scheduled date and in good order. I have had a couple of bad items that were refunded promptly. My overall experience is good, and I will continue to buy from them.

What a joke. I read lots of reviews before ordering that said the jean jacket ran small. I ordered a men's 3XL, hoping for a Large. The jacket I received is not even a "Small." I can't even get it on. It looks like a child's jacket. The size tag is conveniently cut off. Waste of time, waste of money. I didn't expect high-quality material, but I did expect it to fit somewhat.

I have used other direct selling sites in the past like AliExpress with no issue. My first order from Wish turned into a scam. I got the product (after a huge wait), but it wasn't what I ordered and was unfit for purpose, yet they refused to refund me or correct the problem. It also has very limited search functionality.

Almost everything is a Chinese knockoff. I bought several items from Wish, and hardly any of them are ANYTHING like the photos. A couple of times, I was lucky and the items were of good quality. However, most of the items I've purchased have been terrible. For example, a beautiful, cute shirt. I ordered twice my usual size, and the shirt ended up being several sizes smaller, cheaply made, and the design that looked lovely in photos was cheaply pasted on in real life.

I've placed several orders to date, and everything I've ordered has arrived in a decent amount of time. My purchases have been good, nothing's arrived broken, and I've no complaints whatsoever. I feel this site is trustworthy, and am continually going back to it to order more items. Happy I found this site!

My friends are always shocked when I tell them what I am wearing or using is from Wish. I always look at Wish first before buying in other places because most items are on the app but just unbranded. I've spent over $1500 on the app in the past six months, to give a sense of how often I order. I have never had problems with the customer service team. They issued fast refunds when a few of the things I bought were broken. Shipping is slow, but the products I'm buying aren't vital, they are just fun.

My girlfriend told me about this site, and I tried it. 99% of the items that I ordered were falsely advertised claiming to be, for example, stainless steel, titanium, sterling silver, real wood, etc. 95% of the items that I have received are either broken, missing parts, and falsely advertised as far as sizing. Even though some of the prices are cheap, you are getting what you paid for. You need to know your prices because you can find them cheaper elsewhere, and most of the time you have to wait more than three weeks for an item. I don't recommend it.

I feel cheated and used, and feel I don't get the service I deserve. I did not get what I ordered and no refund for the ones I ordered. Please, I feel I should get free shipping because they accepted my card and now canceled some of my orders. Please, someone, help me. I want all of my orders. Thank you.
