So far, I have been pleased with everything I have ordered. You have to read the listings very carefully so you know exactly what you're getting, and you have to have some Chinese factory store know-how.

For example, always read the measurements on clothing; these are Asian sizes, and they make no bones about it. In general, you need to size up at least two sizes. There is no vanity sizing here! Also, if you need your item right away, join Amazon Prime; these items are coming directly from China, hence the prices. They will take awhile. There is tracking available through the app if you take the time to go in and explore your account.

All in all, if you keep your expectations realistic and take the time to read everything, you should be able to score some good bargains.

Hi. I just want to say thank you to Wish for refunding me back my money in time. It took only 48 hours and I'm happy. I am now waiting for the orders I have purchased. My hoodie is the first item I have received. It was to be an XL Purple, but I received a Small Grey (or maybe an Asian Medium). It looks nice. I wish my account was credited instead of being sent an incorrect item. The website will not work correctly to let me ask for a refund. I have ordered several other items and am not ordering again if I can trust any of the clothing sizes. When I had to correct something on another order, it was refunded immediately. I appreciate that, but I do not appreciate substitutions. Just credit my account if my chosen item is not available. I would only possibly recommend this to a friend for nonclothing items; will have to see my merchandise in person first.

I order nail stuff from Wish all the time. If you don't mind waiting a couple of weeks for your items, it is a good site. I ordered some clothes and it was not for me; it was too tight. But for nail stuff and other small things, Wish is great for that. I also ordered shoes and my husband likes the two pairs I ordered for him. I ordered watches as well and love them. Clothes no (unless you are small), but other stuff, yes.

Yeah. Exactly, just like the title says, it sucks! This crap takes too long to ship and receive, half the time you don't even get to track the status of your package. Most of it is cheap, junky and not like how it's pictured. I'm disappointed because I never got a package that was supposed to be here last month! No tracking number, no updated status of it, can't get any help or hold of customer service. Waste of time and money if you ask me.

On the 27th of August 2017, I purchased two dresses online and since then nobody has communicated with me. I don't know if this is a scam or not. I am disappointed.

I ordered the same product two times only to receive the wrong item both times. There is no customer service rep for you to speak with and I had to pay the return shipping cost! I will never order from this company again.

Rip off, bad products, liars. I want all my money back, including the return shipping cost! I've never had to pay for return shipping if it was the company's fault.

I put an item up for sale on all of the main apps. I had many inquiries from Wish, and nearly all of them were scam based.

The two I want to highlight are the girl who sent me a fake email from PayPal saying that the money had been taken from her account and was being held pending me supply the tracking number for the goods. PayPal does not operate that way, and so I let the girl know in colorful terms that she was trying to scam me.

The second experience I want to share is the guy who sent me a check for twice the amount of my item and told me to bank it and give the extra money to his shipper. The scam here is that you give his shipper the item and the cash and they cancel the check. It only works if you are stupid enough to fall for it.

I have complained several times to Wish Local and have never had a reply.

I have ordered many things but never received any of them. I spent lots of money and my order got refunded, but I have never received my money. All the stuff was for my wedding. I am very upset and angry. I don't know what to do.

Absolutely appalling company. I downloaded the app and added some things to my basket. A friend who is already on the app gave me her referral code for 50% off. I tried to use it and it said it was for first-time orders and I couldn't use it, but this was my first order.

I tried to contact Wish through the contact form on the app and site, through Facebook and by email and was ignored. Then I tried one last time and was sent a message saying it was resolved, and it wasn't as nothing was done to resolve it. I tried to email again to say this only to find out Wish have blocked my email address and also told my email provider that my account is suspicious.

I have been very polite to them in every message I have sent and haven't even sent many, about two from my email, which were ignored, so it is wrong and rude of them to then do this. Worst customer service ever. I definitely won't be buying from them now and will be letting others know of my experience.

I have never done business with Wish, yet my credit card has. It is impossible to cancel the orders because you can only do it through the app, which is impossible if you never made the order and don't do business with them and they don't provide operator support to prevent fraud. This company is corrupt if it doesn't allow fraud prevention.
