I love Wish a lot. I am a new customer and I shop on Wish twice a month. I never had any issues with Wish. Most of my items arrive within two weeks. It's like a Chinese eBay or Amazon. All of the items I buy are great. I read the other reviewers and they said it's a scam, but it's really not. I was never scammed in my life. I recommend Wish to all of my family members and friends. Wish is the best.

Don't bother ordering from this website as you will be sorely disappointed. The stuff that does arrive will be of inferior quality (unwearable) and three-quarters of the stuff just won't arrive. When you try to follow it up, they will say "you are outside the 30 days of delivery so we can't help you" even when the items have never been delivered. Useless and a rip off.

I began ordering during a recent November promotion, and the sale was addictive! I'm most impressed that I got 3 items today, far ahead of their scheduled arrival dates, and everything fits perfectly! A coat, sweater, and sneakers. I'm tiny and their sizing chart absolutely helps! Very pleased that these items were brought to my house and community mailbox, no customs fees.

Very upset. I ordered two fingering monkeys (before the price went crazy) for my granddaughters, who are hoping to get them for Christmas. It's over 2 weeks from expected delivery. I was offered a refund but asked for the items to be reshipped. The refund was processed fast and I was told to go back and reorder myself. The only problem with that is now they are twice to three times more than what I pay for and instead of getting two, I would have to order 1000!

This was the first time I had ordered from Wish, and got none of the items I order, so why would I ever order anything from them again? Going to post on Facebook about my experience! Very upset!

The items I purchased looked excellent on the website, but when I received them, they were cheap and had a knock-off look. I returned the watch and the boots but have not received my money back, and I ordered a necklace, which I have yet to receive.

I will never order from this company and I will definitely not advise any of my friends or family to buy from this site. I paid $20+ for the boots and had to spend another $35 to send them back because they show one thing on their website but what we receive is cheap looking and doesn't look nice like the website picture! I would like to know what the status of my refund is.

These people are scam artists and should be closed down. They will keep the refund money but apologize and tell you it's refunded. Shipping prices are ridiculously high and you are lucky if you even receive the item 2 or 3 months later. They will mark delivered even if you didn't receive it and keep your money! Scam!

The old saying "you get what you paid for" rings true. I ordered a little watch for like $5. Shipping was expedient. I got the item pretty quickly. The item came as described but I immediately knew the watch was crap. It fell apart. Literally fell apart and I never got to wear it. So yeah, that's pretty much it. I will never order from them again. They get two stars for quick shipping and I’m glad I didn't waste too much money.

I've ordered quite a few things from this site, some things have arrived well and in nice condition, but other things not good at all, like buying a set of makeup brushes and then only having 1 of the 12 brushes arrive.

And the customer service has been mixed. I've had some instantly give me a refund for missing items, whereas others have been a lot more difficult and asking me to take a screenshot when I order things (even though the site should be trustworthy enough to not have to do that).

I wouldn't trust reviews; the 12-piece makeup set I ordered had over 500 positive reviews whereas I only received 1 of the 12 brushes I paid for. I'm definitely not going to use this site any longer; it's too risky and unpredictable.

I've become a member not long time ago, but I'd say I made a lot of purchases and could definitely say, you get what you pay. In other words, don't expect to have high-quality products for pennies. Costumer service is just excellent and one issue it was resolved right away by refunding or sending again if I wish.

They spent 45 days emailing me about returning products for a refund. They kept saying they were working on it. Now they just refused to let me return the product for a refund. You can't trust their 30-day money back guarantee. These products are not as described and I am stuck with them.

I've ordered a few items, and until now nothing two complain about! The shipping cost is for each item, but maybe things change. My comment is only about the pay possibilities; I wish I could pay with my bank account directly. Thus far I'm very curious about the more useful items and their quality. I have to experience the return service. I need to say that I miss one item (where I ordered 2), maybe because of separate packaging. To be continued. I have recommended it to friends already.
