Do not waste your time and money on this site. I ordered a bunch of stuff a month and a half before Christmas, about half of them arrived on time and of that most were broke, the wrong size or not worth the money. For example, shoes without laces, watches that did not tell time, Bluetooth gadgets that wouldn’t turn on; the list is looooong, as I tried to get ahead of the shipping season and got what I thought would be great stocking stuffers.

I hardly ever do reviews, but I feel so strongly about this rip-off that I must warn anyone who reads this; do not throw your money away.

I have been trying to get a $198.00 refund on products I ordered and never received. They do nothing but give you the runaround and send you pre-scripted messages. They lied when I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and said I didn't ask for a refund within 30 days, and they simply are just thieves. I have screenshot after screenshot to prove my case, as well as emails between myself and customer service to support my facts.

There are thousands upon thousands of complaints against Wish.com, and I truly believe these people need to be exposed.

I ordered several things for Christmas gifts and haven't received half of them, and it's been over a month. The things I did receive were not the complete order or did not match up to the picture of the item. I will never use this site again.

I started ordering simple jewelry on here about a year ago and didn't have any trouble with the first couple orders. Then I ordered a bigger order for clothes, and it never came. I contacted support and they refunded me weeks later after lots of back and forth.

I decided to give it one more try and ordered rings for Christmas with a promised delivery of December 11th. It's the 21st and I haven't received my rings, and customer service doesn't know where they are because they can't track the shipment. They offered a refund, which I didn't want to go through the process again, so I told them I was just concerned about getting the product, which they again told me there was nothing they could do since they had no idea where the package was.

I'm deleting my app and am never shopping here again. Don't waste your time. I was really excited about this Christmas gift, and now I have to come up with another last minute idea.

This place is a joke. They take your money and you are lucky if you get what you pay for. And it does no good to try and contact them, they run you around. Also, their support number is also a joke; you do not get to talk to anyone and they just run you in circles. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission, and everywhere else I can.

I will never order from Wish ever again. I have waited almost 2 months for my stuff, it still isn't here. I have emailed them, and absolutely no response. This is extremely ridiculous. I wanted gifts to come in time for Christmas and this website completely robbed me of my money!

This site is a true scam! I was charged over $30.00 for merchandise I never received. The merchandise is very poor quality. Check your credit card! Document and print orders! Good luck trying to call them or send emails, no response!

It's a bait and switch website. So, I looked at some prices for $9.00, and at checkout, the price had jumped from the initiative price, to $25.00 with an additional shipping cost of $10.00.

So basically, the prices are much different than the quoted price. I understand the fact that prices are cheaper than what you'll normally at retail outlets (the other difference is with retail, there no shipping fees), and with traditional brick and mortar stores, there are no surprising price jumps. As far as getting answers, the shopper is on his or her own.

I purchased four items and added all the tracking numbers below. I received two of the items, which are nothing like the pictures. The site is so deceiving. If you see the 3D bedding, it's absolutely beautiful, but what I received is nothing like that; it's made out of cheap Chinese material and sown with white cotton. It's absolutely ugly. People were laughing at it when I picked it up because I showed everyone the bedding on Wish when I placed the order.

The earrings that I received so-called dipped in 18-carat gold is a lie, that looks terrible. I will be posting this on every site that I can. I paid so much for the bedding. Two more items are on their way and we are so scared to see what they are going to look like.

Why are they still doing this, aren't other people complaining? I'm sure this is happening to other people as well.

I placed an order back in September. They stated it should arrive within 7 to 14 days. 14 days passed and every time I tried to track it, it kept saying on its way. When I had written to them, they pretty much said they would give me my money back. That was not the point, the point was I wanted my order.

Shame on them for ripping people off. I'm sure the "great" revues they get are from PR firm. Please don't buy through this site. It's stealing money and will get away with it as long as people buy their junk.

I recently purchased some items off of this website. I got exactly what it looked like in the picture, and the quality of the wallet was well made. I spent more then I should have for shipping, but that was my mistake as a first-time buyer (wasn't aware of expedient vs. standard shipping until after I hit swipe to pay). Since most or all of the items I purchase are free, I have no complaints when it comes to spending less than $3.00 for standard shipping. Also, I don't need these products right away, so I have no problem waiting a little longer to get my order.
