I ordered five pairs of pants and only received two pairs.

They sent me a review product page that keeps sending me to a page with "error 404 page not found." When I try to get customer service it will not take me where I want to go.

This company is a complete joke and RIP OFF. This is the last time I use them, and I have already removed the app.

P.S. No wonder they are not part of the BBB.

I will never use this app again. I received 1 out of 4 ordered, and it was a crappy Chinese fake. I ordered fingerlings. Never again, and a waste of money. Falsely advertised product. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible! Scam. I ordered one item. I received one, but was charged for four. My bank and I have unsuccessfully tried to contact the company. When you call the number listed on the website, the recording tells you to send an email. Several emails sent, no response. I'm out $103.

I was told about Wish by my niece who said that they were great, so I ordered three packs of Christmas cutlery holders. The shipment said it would arrive between December 22nd and January 9th. I wrote to them twice saying how ridiculous this was as they were clearly advertised as Christmas items and would not be arriving before Christmas. I got a standard answer from them saying that they were confident that the items would arrive before Christmas. Here I am on the 28th December and there are still no items. I have written three times now and still get the same answer, so I think my money is gone.

I would be happy to join anyone who is thinking of reporting this company to the authorities and especially the authorities in China who come down hard on companies who are a scam.

I ordered a watch from Wish as a tryout. The watch was a few dollars, but when I check out the shipment, it was more that than the actual item. I said, "that's okay because I just want to try out this app, and if I don't get the item, I am only going to lose $10 and no more than that."

After I ordered my item it said I will get my watch on 12/19/17. I said okay, it is a little longer than most other shopping websites, but I knew what I was getting myself into because other people said it might take longer so why not, it is only a tryout. Then on 12/19/17, I check my mailbox and my item was not there, so I check my tracking item and the shipment day changed to 12/26/17. Well, it is now 12/27/17, and I still didn't get my watch yet. So when I send Wish a not so happy customer letter, they kick me out of there app and I'm still waiting for there respond. Wow! Really Wish?

I wish this app gets shut down because I got scammed for $10. I'm glad that I didn't spend a dollar more on this BS app.

I've ordered many things across the board on this site. Shipping was as described on their site. Customer service replies had been between 6-24 hours. I submitted photos of broken/damaged/incomplete orders, and they did refund me for them.

Then, my account was blocked. They are asking for a copy of a current bank statement. I'm trying to work with customer service to remove the block, but they said they could not remove the block due to company policy.

I'm a bit concerned that they requested a bank statement. That's a really big red flag.

The jewelry I purchased was described as sterling silver with real gemstones. What I received was poorly plated, not sterling, with what looked like some sort of glass stone. Wish claims to verify the quality of these pieces. I'm not sure how anyone could verify these pieces as anything but of poor quality. Dishonesty in any form is intolerable.

I find it very hard to believe there was not one bad review in relation to this jewelry. I can only assume that these reviews have been deleted. If your business is honest, you print the good and the bad and let the customer decide. Had I seen just one review that stated these pieces were fake, I would not have made the purchase. I read the reviews on all products before I make a purchase.

I now will never make another purchase if both GOOD and BAD reviews are not present. Clearly, this company has something to hide.

I ordered $100.00 worth of goods and paid $100.00 for shipment and I have not received them. I emailed them and sent my invoice and never heard from them. It a sad thing that happened, but what can I do.

Do not buy. I bought three silver charms less than a year ago, and the silver came off of them and they are no longer wearable. Save your money. They took forever to get here also, probably shipping from China. Save your money.

It showed a curtain of glass beads, but shipped one short strand. The beads are small and low quality, and smaller than expected. Shipping took over one month to arrive.

Item number two arrived but was crushed in the shipment due to inadequate packaging. The box was smashed, and the light-up elephant does not work.

I've never even been able to order and actually receive an order, which I'm kind of glad about after reading all the reviews.

I tried to place an order months ago, it said "shipped," and when I checked again it said "returned" and they were asking for a photocopy of my license and credit card. I just recently tried placing an entirely different order with an entirely different credit card and now they're asking for my banking statement. Never ever have I ordered anything online and been asked such things.

You cannot even contact customer support and talk to a live person! You can't even email them and write something explaining what the problem is!! What kind of site is this?! ITS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

And from reading previous reviews, if you actually do receive your order three months later, it's all cheap knockoff crap and looks nothing like it does in the pictures on the site.

Everyone BEWARE, do not bother ordering from Wish! Some people have ordered, never got their order, and never got a refund. I've never even got an order from them and never will!
