I purchased three travel mugs from Wish on the 4th of December 17 hoping they would arrive before Christmas, and they never did. After checking my tracking order multiple times, saying "tracking number invalid," I contacted the Wish team and received a pretty generic response within three days or so saying they would contact the distributor straight away to check on the progress of my delivery.

After no response was received and I contacted them again. Every time I contacted them (four times after original email), my ticket was being closed on their site with no response received to myself and still no product or refund!

I am so unhappy with the service and honestly wouldn’t recommend.

Just about everything you need on one site. Multiple vendors for the same item ensures a decent price. Valuable discounts offered as you reach different thresholds in your placed orders. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a deal.

Items received on time. Shipping and prices have increased a lot though. I would appreciate more detailed description and more photos regarding the interior, exterior, measurements, quality, material, etc. Please, bigger sizes required with clothing. The search for items should be more precise.

I'm satisfied with the service so far. Shipping is costly, but the products are fine. I haven't had the weather to try my metal detector yet but can't wait to try it. As soon as the weather breaks I'll be out there. If I'm not satisfied with the product, it will be to late to return it to them because they only give 30 days to return it and I'll be out $75.

Wish is my most favorite online shopping store. I did most shopping at Wish. The service is great. No problem so far, except that the size of one piece of clothing is too small. It is my mistake in selecting the size. I did not know the size coming out of China is a bit small. You need to order XL if you are size L in North America. I think this site is better than Amazon and eBay.

I stumbled across Wish.com totally by accident. I started going crazy finding all kinds of things that I could use, such as more powerful cell phones, clothes, home furnishing, etc.

At first, I made the common mistake of not checking estimated delivery times but soon learned to be patient and if I was buying something for a special occasion, then to order well in advance.

I had a couple of incidents where the product I purchased was either not received or was damaged. Wish started the communication between me and the vendor, and I ended up with a refund.

Tracking has also improved over the years since I began using Wish. I can now receive alerts on the progress of my package. It is great when the postman shows up. Just like Christmas.
