Total scam. Nearly everything I did receive was cheap junk (scarves were nice), and I am still waiting (after two months) for several items. I will never purchase from Wish.com again, and I would advise others to avoid it! You're better off shopping locally. At least you know what you're getting.

I ordered a swimsuit from Wish which showed an expected delivery of 3/4. When I tracked the package, it changed to 3/11. On 3/12 the package had not arrived, and the status still indicated that it left the store. It is 3/20, and the status is the same and there is no package. The store was foreverlovejewellery. Do not buy. What a scam.

I ordered three things being suspicious, but everything was perfect. One item got to me in eight days, so they put a record in delivering goods from not in-country e-shops. I even communicated with Wish support and was amazed that they have Czech speaking staff! I must say that on many occasions their description of goods is misleading, but if one has a brain in his skull.

For the most part, I like the stuff I've bought, but the price changed when I clicked on the "buy" button. The price was still good, but both the price paid and the amount of shipping went up a few dollars when I bought a product. I don't know if I will order from them again because of this. It has happened twice out of eight orders.

I ordered an item back in May of 2017. They asked me to wait and during that time I received other items that I ordered. I may have ordered a couple of hundred dollars worth of items, so I was getting some items each week, not keeping an eye on the time limes. Some items did come late, and they did ask me to wait a bit longer on this order, but never gave me a new date.

Anyway, it never came. When I went and asked the so-call "customer service" they said I was over a 30-day return policy and I should have acted earlier, so from their end it's so sad/ too bad, we got you money.

It's my 25 bucks, and they will not give it back nor give me credit nor send me the item, even up to today’s emails they will not give me my money back. Their motto of "At Wish we have your back" is a lie. You pay your money and take your chances.

When you email them, you get a different person each and every time, and they give you the same line each time, the 30-day policy. They even changed the status to say I got no order pending.

It’s like being robbed.

I have tried Wish because my husband likes it so much. However, I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered this item, paid for it, and it was delivered somewhere else and not received by me. The item, which I hunted for, would finish my master bath since I bought a new bedroom comforter set. I was very excited to receive it, and the timing was pretty good at about two weeks. I had received, very quickly, an item from Wish before at my PO Box so I thought nothing of it since that is also the address used with my credit card.

When I went to pick up the item at the PO Box yesterday, where I assumed it went, it was not there. Upon looking at the app, I noted it was picked up by UPS. At the end of the delivery, it said "front door, Missouri City, TX." Where exactly? So I called UPS and was told they don't deliver to PO Boxes, which is fine. But why didn't they know it was PO Box at origin when the sending company could have solicited another address from me before it came on a long journey? Other practical solutions would be leaving it at a distribution center where I could pick up or even returning it to the sender. Instead they retrieved an address that I have not lived at for the last three years from the internet or some public database and said they left it there. Who does that?

Wish does not have a customer service number. So I must wait now for 2-3 days for my email to be answered. In the meantime, someone has my money, and I have nothing but excuses. Amazon will not let you use a PO Box at times and will ask for an alternate address if the shipper won't ship to the PO Box. I am not hopeful now for the other items ordered, so I'm done with Wish. So frustrated.

Wish will not refund or send another one, and I'm out $20.00! They claim it was delivered to my front door and so cannot refund, even though I explained that the delivery went to an address I hadn't lived at for three years which I did not give to the shipper or Wish. So literally they said the item was successfully delivered to my front door. Well, here is a UPS tracking number for that item - 1ZX681430378106883. Run that number and tell me what you see. Yes, I already talked to UPS. They are not going to do anything either. I am glad I tested this company first with a small amount of money. I won't ever use the company again.

Check online places of reviews for this company. I wish I had done that first! Maybe that's how they picked that name...I wish I had used Amazon!

I ordered seven things from Wish.com at the end of last month, and I have only received two of the items. The shipping dates that they give you are not the date that they arrive. I am still waiting on some things that should have come on March 8. Today I received some shoes that should arrive on the 3rd of April. Other than that I am happy with Wish.com.

I bough doll clothes from Wish in late January 2018, most of the order came except for four doll dresses. I paid for these items, but have yet to receive them. I'm still waiting and have heard nothing about where these items are, and it's now March 15, 2018.

I tried to make a complaint, but have no way to execute to get it to them. I emailed them with no response from them about where the items are. They DO NOT stand behind the products they sell, and they do no verify their sellers. At this point, I will never shop there again, and I guess that this is a lesson learned and I have to eat the money I spent.

BEWARE of what you buy. Also, their shipping price is beyond ridiculous, that was another issue I did not like with Wish.com.

I get all my Airsoft gear from Wish, and I never had any problems like I see in these comments. I wanted to put four stars but I put five stars because Wish deserves better appreciation.

The thing is everyone is saying "the delivery date is really late," but what I have learned is that they overestimate the delivery time, so it usually arrives "early," well, at least earlier than displayed. Also, regarding their customer service, I had no bad experiences with. I received a tactical vest, which I ordered in army green but I received it in khaki. And in the "order history" tab there is a button called "helpdesk." If you complain there that the color is wrong and you have proof to back it up, not only do they let you keep the product, they also wire you back the whole sum you paid including shipping fees.

I don't understand why people are so impatient. If you order something online and you know it has to come from Asia, expect it to take a while.

I have been using Wish for more than three years. Products are great for what you are paying, shipping always on time, and they are great in refunds, they will even refund you the money in case of delays in shipping, and you still keep your order.

I highly recommend.

This is the worst service I have ever had! We made a purchase, they took my money, then said the order was canceled, and they had not taken the money off. When I tried emailing them about the confusion they keep sending me this: "Your request (9714921) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email." in response. They have no call center so unfortunately, I can't even talk to a human about the problem. I still have not gotten my money, or the item ordered.

I will never use this site again, and I would never recommend them to anyone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
