I have tried Wish because my husband likes it so much. However, I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered this item, paid for it, and it was delivered somewhere else and not received by me. The item, which I hunted for, would finish my master bath since I bought a new bedroom comforter set. I was very excited to receive it, and the timing was pretty good at about two weeks. I had received, very quickly, an item from Wish before at my PO Box so I thought nothing of it since that is also the address used with my credit card.
When I went to pick up the item at the PO Box yesterday, where I assumed it went, it was not there. Upon looking at the app, I noted it was picked up by UPS. At the end of the delivery, it said "front door, Missouri City, TX." Where exactly? So I called UPS and was told they don't deliver to PO Boxes, which is fine. But why didn't they know it was PO Box at origin when the sending company could have solicited another address from me before it came on a long journey? Other practical solutions would be leaving it at a distribution center where I could pick up or even returning it to the sender. Instead they retrieved an address that I have not lived at for the last three years from the internet or some public database and said they left it there. Who does that?
Wish does not have a customer service number. So I must wait now for 2-3 days for my email to be answered. In the meantime, someone has my money, and I have nothing but excuses. Amazon will not let you use a PO Box at times and will ask for an alternate address if the shipper won't ship to the PO Box. I am not hopeful now for the other items ordered, so I'm done with Wish. So frustrated.

Wish will not refund or send another one, and I'm out $20.00! They claim it was delivered to my front door and so cannot refund, even though I explained that the delivery went to an address I hadn't lived at for three years which I did not give to the shipper or Wish. So literally they said the item was successfully delivered to my front door. Well, here is a UPS tracking number for that item - 1ZX681430378106883. Run that number and tell me what you see. Yes, I already talked to UPS. They are not going to do anything either. I am glad I tested this company first with a small amount of money. I won't ever use the company again.
Check online places of reviews for this company. I wish I had done that first! Maybe that's how they picked that name...I wish I had used Amazon!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
