I haven't received nine items I ordered seven months ago. They refuse to refund me! I complained regularly on the app, asking where my orders are, asking for refunds and all I get back is, I didn't let them know exactly before 30 days after the supposed delivery should have taken place, and therefore no refund. Although I did inform them on the same app/notification board, more than once, before the 30 days that I did not receive my items.
How can they refuse to give me my refund for something I never received? That is stealing my money! I even have proof that the parcels never even arrived in my country (South Africa).
Oh yes, and the best part is, the few items I did receive are very poor quality, did not fit and not at all like the pictures; don't be fooled. AND I ended up paying so much shipping for it once I got to the post office to collect the parcels (that is for each item every time), I might as well could have bought something similar here in a retail store, which would have been much better quality, fitted me and the same price in the end.
Very, very unhappy!
Their slogan, "We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish" is so NOT true!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
