If you’re dissatisfied with something Customer Service will be there to assist without hassles. The trick for this site is to read the reviews carefully. Most clothes are Asian sizes so need to be ordered up. Quality of products is also reviewed as is store dependability. So read and review your items. Lots of perks too for discounts. They are currently improving the site to be more user friendly. So I definitely recommend you give Wish a try.

You really have to shop WISH with a cautious attitude and comparison shop with other sites. Very often you can find things at a little better price without the overpriced shipping charges. Also, the descriptions of many of the items can be very deceptive, so read the description carefully and understand what you are getting. But I have had numerous great shopping deals with a few bad deals sprinkled in!

The app is very addictive, it is very hard to stay away from it. I have to look and see what's is available to buy. I also think of things I need and I can usually find for sale in the app. I do wish that someone could contact every seller and that they do a better job of packing the items that someone has bought. I have received countless shipments that were damaged due to little or no packing.

I have been a Wish addict for several years and have turned many of my dear friends into addicts as well. I love the variety of all the stores and love reading other people's reviews prior to my purchases. Don't get me wrong, I have bought some things that were a bust, but who doesn't from time to time? Wish customer support is amazing, always there to help you and when they say they have your back, they are telling the truth. Never had anything but good experiences with Wish and will continue to be a Wish star. Love making new friends in the Wish community!

It's been fun dealing with Wish and what they bring. I have a heap of respect for Wish and the staff. Every time I've had a problem with my order, Wish has had my back. That for me is spot on in my book, it can't be beaten. So with that said, keep up your best.

In looking through the tech items, I saw some "very good deals." Cheap smartphones for a dollar or two with a stand. However, in looking at the actual item description, it turns out that the deal was just for the stand.

So, be very careful about what you order, and make sure it is what you think it is.

Also, if ordering clothing, be very careful about the size. Asian sizes are smaller than US sizes so if the item does not have a good description of the size, I'd skip it.

Overall, though, if you take care you can get some good deals.

I ordered a t-shirt as a gift. I never received the shirt, and they refuse to refund me because they claim it was delivered. After insisting it wasn't, still no refund. So no gift, and I lost money and wasted time.

I ordered flowers at 90 cents a piece (10) and an avocado slicer that was supposed to be free, which was $3. A $12 order which I won't get for 4 to 5 weeks and then got charged $12 dollars for shipping! Absurd! I won't ever order from them again! Very dissatisfied!
