I downloaded the app on my phone, looked through and found a shirt I thought was cute. The picture said it was $4.00. I clicked and found it was actually $8.00 but got a percentage off so still thought that was a good price, so I ordered. I'm a Plus size, about a 16/18 or 1X usually. I got a 2X just to make sure it wasn't too small. I was supposed to get a free gift and with shipping paid about $12.00. "Not bad" was my initial thought.

I never received the free gift, which I paid $1.00 shipping for, and the shirt was nowhere near a 2X. My daughter, who is 5'2" and weighs about 120 lbs, and wears a S/M shirt, can fit it perfectly with just a belt for the waist, but the shoulders and bust fit her fine. So, she got a new shirt, as no paperwork came with the shirt to even try to return it.

Needless to say, I have uninstalled the app from my phone. I won't get duped again.

BUYERS BEWARE. I had my doubts about ordering through this website but listening to someone I found somewhat credible, I thought I would give it a try. Let me make clear that my first experience will definitely be my last!

In my effort of planning for a party, I place three separate orders through Wish. The delivery was definitely on-time but the merchandise was definitely a disappointment. Specifically, I ordered some artificial grass. The description was very unclear, so you did not know whether the cost was per piece or per package. Yet, you couldn't imagine the cost being per piece considering there were places here in the U.S. like Walmart that sold the same product for 20 cents more for a 12-pack.

To my surprise, I received five pieces for the same cost Walmart was charging for 12. At the end of the day, Wish would cost me $1,000.00 for a product that Walmart or Target here in the U.S. would cost me $400.00. Definitely NOT MY WISH! They need to change the name to "Rip Off."

Thank goodness I waited to see what I was getting for my money before I spent too much money. In the end, I spent $160.00 that Wish insured the value of my package at $5.00. Interesting, right?

I have been a Wish/Home customer for several years now and have only had a few things not arrive, but the things I have received were good. There were a few rings that were supposed to be Sterling Silver but turned my fingers, but others are fine. You can't expect them to be elaborate like from Bloomingdale. If that's the case, forget them! Basically, you just have to read all the info about each product you may want. Be smart, either try it or not. Shipping is slow, it's coming from China, what do you expect? So either buy from store or Amazon or eBay, it's your choice. I don't like the high shipping cost; it hurts the most. But like I said, your choice, your money, your decision. You get what you pay for sometimes.

I have been an avid Wish shopper for about a year now. I have ordered everything from fetish wear to footwear, underwear to winter wear, home accessories, cycling gear and even a dinosaur outfit. And more! I'm always amazed at the accuracy of my orders and even sometimes getting my purchases in days instead of weeks.

Once or twice I had a question about an order and received a prompt and attentive response to my inquiry. If a product is taking long or if I haven't confirmed delivery, I always receive notification.

On one occasion I received the wrong item. I followed the service prompts, took a picture of the item I was sent and received a reply within hours. After confirming the shipping number, I was promised a refund. Again within hours, the refund appeared on my account. I found this amazing given the thousands and even millions of products that are shipped globally. That Wish is able to set a high standard of customer service and live up to it given the sheer volume of their business is truly commendable.

The prices and the quality for the price are always spot on too, which is why I continue to shop Wish and recommend Wish to my family and friends. A+!

I am a Wish shopper for more than a year already, and almost 75% of my clothes are from Wish and other stuff like jewelry, shoes, nail stuff, and a lot of stuff. And I'm addicted to it already. For sure, I will be a Wish shopper forever.

I am hooked on Wish. I am always telling friends about this site.

I see something on TV, Facebook or even in stores and I immediately check Wish to see if they have it and for how much. Not everything is as promised but they have wonderful support people to help correct any problems.

You do have to check different stores to see who has the best pricing and sizing for you. Wish carries everything. Every time I search for something different they have something to offer.

I like to read the reviews and see the pictures other people send in. It's very helpful in selecting a product or not.

The one negative I have found is the waiting. Shipping takes a while, but I usually receive a package or two a day. It's always a rush to see what's in the mailbox today, but a really big let down when there is nothing. I usually end up going back and checking what else there is on Wish.

In the last two years, I have had several reasons to contact Wish regarding orders or shipping problems. I have even needed help changing payment info. They have always been there every step of the way. This has been my first and only use of online shopping, and I've never regretted trying it. Half of the time I haven't had a clue what to do online as this is all new to me, I don't even know how to turn on a computer, but with the help of the great people at Wish, this has never been a problem. All lost package, late package, and even destroyed package events have been handled quickly and efficiently by nice friendly people and always with great results, even sometimes replacement items shipped. The last few months packages have not only been early but have sometimes arrived in less than a week. Unlike two years ago when a lot took over two months or even whole orders never left the port. The advances in even the new app have been great, and the new Wish stars have proven both helpful and great fun. Love you Wish.

I order on Wish.com many times a month. I have been very pleased with the products. I have only had a few issues that were quickly resolved. The variety of products is very impressive. I had to learn to order two sizes larger on the clothing.
