I would rate it zero stars if I could.

My sister simply ordered dog stuff but what we got in return wasn't what we expected. Instead of dog clothing, we got human clothes, of which were for summer and a bit inappropriate, including slim. And whenever we try shipping them back they just send it right back again. And our bank account is almost empty. They have taken more than £150.00 from our parent's bank account once a month, and they didn't even have my parent's bank account, and we have had to block our bank account and have it changed, but somehow they are still getting the money and won't stop sending CRAP stuff to us.

So please, if anyone has any idea or has the same experience, please let us know how to stop it. We have even deleted the account on Wish and they just won't stop!

I ordered two products in January. It was not possible to pay when the order was made.

One product arrived on time. The other one didn't arrive yet (4th of May 2018), and I have been contacted by a company (Klarna), which should get my payment to pay for the products. I told them that I haven't received one product yet and they told me they would put the invoice on hold and that I have to contact Wish, which I did.

After a few days, I received a letter from Klarna requesting the payment of the product that I never received plus a fine for not paying on time.

I exchanged countless emails with Wish without any answer on how to cancel the product that I have never received. The answers don't even make sense. The last one, e.g., is saying that I can't ask for a refund because I'm too late (when I just asked how to cancel the product).

I spent already hours exchanging emails on this subject...

About Wish? Well, I wish I had never ordered anything from them! Stay away!

I took a chance and was pleased with my order. Super easy to use, and everything I purchased was delivered fast! I like the ease of shopping and have bought many things for gifts. I recommend to others.

I have ordered at least 20 dresses for my granddaughter, each one is cute and perfect size. You do have to be diligent and read how the sizes match up from the US to China.

Also, I purchased pillow covers, electronic bags, and more. They got here in two weeks, some four weeks. Who cares, with the prices I paid. Plus, I got money rebates from purchases and points for discounts.

I had ordered so many times, I had ordered 30 items and 15 items are not received, and the other 15 items are shown on the way to my destination. Now let's see whether I receive them or not. But if not one product is received, this is my last time, I said, otherwise I will never buy anything from this Wish.com.

I ordered a pair of women's yoga leggings on Wish and not only did I wait for more than three weeks for them, their sizes are very deceiving. I wear an XL and I ordered a 2X to be sure they would fit as I never ordered on this site before, and when I received them they looked like they would fit a child! I couldn't even fit my right leg in them! I am extremely angry over this TOTAL waste of my money! Beware!

I placed two orders of the same item (phone tablet - 10.1 inch, 64GB Octa Core), one was for £.0.95 and the other was for £14.95. When the orders were received, they only contained one 4-1/2 inch stylus pen. I inquired about the orders to Wish, they sent me a notification to review the question, but it kept leading me to an error 404-page not found. I checked my Order History, and the orders had been deleted. The only thing I could do today is contact support to let them know what happened. I am still waiting to hear a reply, but don't have my hopes up.

I had such a bad experience. I ordered lower, stuff quality was poor and stitching was not fine, even the basic ankle plates were not in order. Please don’t waste your money if you really want good stuff with lower prices. Every item for one address at a time requires separate shipment price. Not worthy. Better to take one good item from an expensive online shop to give worth to your money.

My Wish experience was horrible. The advertisement said one thing, I paid for items and then the advertisement was changed. For instance, I ordered a computer but they are sending protective skins instead. When I placed the order I did read the description. I don't recommend Wish. I'm out of a lot of money.

I bought phones and tablets and laptop computers on a promotion, and they sent me junk instead. I asked them to fix it over and over but they sent a refund, which I didn't want; I wanted my items.

They promise things to you on a promotion to get you into their store and then they do not honor their promotional prices. This was not an accident as this happened over and over and over again. Stay away from Wish.com. You only get junk.

They are very untrustworthy. I have taken pictures of all my interactions with them if you do not believe me.

I've been using Wish for some time now, but it only takes that one time to get ripped off, and it causes you to never purchase from that company again! This is what has happened in my case.

I ordered a product at the end of January 2018, and as of mid-April 2018, my product has yet to be received. I looked at the tracking info, where it showed that my item had not made it through US Customs and had been returned back to China. I contacted Wish, and their response was that they would not refund my money. Apparently, they have a policy called "return/refund." And, this includes that, if you do not receive your item, if it's after 30 days of estimated delivery, you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.

I again, messaged them stating that, "How can I request a refund for an item NEVER received?" As their "policy" is clearly titled: "Return/Refund."

BUYER BEWARE! If you order from Wish, you may or may not receive your purchased product, and if you don't receive it, you will NOT be refunded your money; Wish will keep your money and the product that you purchased!
