No, they are not helpful because I still get into my account and no one has told me when to except my order. They have one more week and I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau on them. They took the money out of my account as soon as I placed my order. I am very disappointed in Wish.com.

You can buy lots of things for low prices, and it's a good app. I would recommend this to many people.

I ordered many thongs of this app and they fit me and they are wonderful. You can get anything, there are many things that you could buy.

I didn't even place my order. I was looking at two items. When it came time to buy, the price literally doubled. The shipping was actually MORE than the items themselves! I did not complete the order and decided not to buy. They charged me anyway and had the audacity to claim the money yet they even show that nothing has been nor will be sent. Again, I did NOT order anything, so how can they charge and claim the money as if it was? I don't understand how can they come recommended and how people use them. Until I read these reviews, I thought it was Wish that was doing the selling, I didn't know that they were just a storefront for other sellers. I already fraternize a better one with a review system. I'm staying away, and I want my money back. I'd give an order number if I had one but I didn't complete the order.

Wish charged twice for the same products; promised a refund that has never been issued despite numerous emails. Their customer service is completely incompetent and doesn't even understand the issue at hand.

This webshop will take your money in small doses and send you garbage. 80% of the products are broken knockoffs, or you will get empty boxes. The customer support is terrible and takes no responsibility for the crap you get. Do not waste your hard earned money on products you put directly in your wastebin!

Beware. When an item is free and all you have to pay is shipping, if there is a problem, even if THEY made the mistake, you are out of luck. I recently ordered something and they sent me the wrong item. They asked me to send a picture of the envelope, which I did. Then they told me that item should be arriving next month! How would I have the envelope if it was yet to arrive? They kept arguing with me about the error. Finally I just gave up. I would NOT buy it from this site. You will not get the shipping back, and then you will end up with the wrong item. Also, the seeds that did come (a quantity of 400), guess what, not ONE single plant grew.

I have ordered five items from Wish.com over the past year and only ever received two of them. They are always quick to refund, but it is irritating when you are told after a month of waiting that your item is lost on three separate occasions! I won't be bothering again!

I ordered what I thought was a package of 72 markers because it was "free." I paid the $4 in shipping, which made it not as cheap but still worth it. Then I look back, and at the end of the super long title, it says one piece. I’m thinking it means one pack of 72, but after contacting them, no. I just paid $4 for one marker and I have to wait three weeks to get it, and because it already shipped, they won’t refund it or cancel it until I get it. I could go to Walmart and get markers cheaper. Beware of anything coming in a pack of more than one. Who would buy one random color marker online? Clearly a scam.

I like a lot of products that Wish.com has to offer. I have bought many things from them that I'm very happy with. I have had two terrible issues with them. I bought two different drones from them. One is a Mavic Pro Combo Clone, and the other one is a Mavic Air Clone. They both have the same problems. Neither of them will hover. I have been involved in radio control since 1981, so I know how to trim out a model. Neither of them can be trimmed out to be able to hover. The second problem is the Lipo battery packs can't be recharged.

Lastly, and is the worst problem, is they DON'T stand behind their products. For months now I have been trying to get a refund for both of these Drones without any response from wish.com. Even PayPal can't get the refunds from them.

Wish has to be a con when it comes to electrical products. They say that you are getting huge saving, the truth is, you're being ripped off. I ordered three mobile phones and paid the price in good faith. The money is taken out your account but receipt of the goods is a different matter. It will never arrive. You then send a message and you are soft soaped saying the item is in your country via a clever electronically computer generated message. You have to fight for your refund; if you don't, you won't get it.

When you give them their due, they do refund you, but why the hassle? For weeks you are missing money from your balance that is just given to someone else for a period. Small rubbish things do arrive, but expensive electronic stuff is a no-no. STEER clear because they are con merchants. I work for Royal Mail and even they can't trace your item, so who's telling lies, Wish or Royal Mail? I'd say Wish. You have been warned, if you like playing Russian Roulette then get on board.
