Hi. It's almost a year since an order was placed and paid for. To date, we have not received any product.
This is such bad service. We just get avoided when we send a online request.
WHY?
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I ordered something for the first time and when I got them the size I ordered was too small, my fault, and they refunded my money with no questions and didn't even ask for the stuff back. I love this company and will order all my stuff from here. The shirts were all very cute, I just didn't understand the sizing.

I ordered two items and promptly realized they were too small for my granddaughter. I canceled the order the same day. This was in early July. They charged my car promptly. Then a few days later I got a refund and thought wow, great service. WRONG! Two days after my refund they charged my card again, and now they are giving me the runaround. Good luck trying to talk with a person, they don't care, you just keep getting an auto response. Don't do business with them unless you want to lose or just give them your money.

I paid for two Judas Priest t-shirts, one Judas Priest necklace, and a Bluetooth speaker, which is 60 euros. After I paid for it, I've got an error that "something changed in your shopping cart" instead of an email that your order is processed. Now I have to wait three days until I get an answer about a refund or that the items will get sent again.

Nothing works and I waited six weeks for a 200 GB hard drive, and as expected it didn't work when it finally arrived. Four other items I ordered either didn't work or were of poor quality. I can't believe they used a famous footballer to advertise their scam-based business. Harry Kane, stick to scoring goals for Tottenham Hotspurs.

The sellers are my problem with Wish.com, but I like the layout of the site. I have ordered ten items from Wish.com, one arrived, one was refunded within a day as "seller couldn't fulfill the order," and six items sent to the wrong address. Two of them were not even sent, they only made a shipping label request. Why so many items to the wrong address or not actually send it? The only answer I can think of is that they send a piece of paper (or something light for cheap shipping) to an address in the same country so that the tracking shows that it arrived and they keep the money because it was "delivered." They don't expect us to complain over small amounts of money or they expect us to not notice that it didn't arrive. You can't get a refund until the estimated delivery day has passed, and by then the seller has your money and probably has a new account to scam the next round of people.

This app as well was depriving me of goods and delivering me rubbish knockoffs (what did I expect for those prices?). Also, they asked me to screenshot my bank account! I refused obviously, but when I emailed them about it they told me that they wouldn't have asked me this, so perhaps the app was hacked? I deleted it immediately.
It's noteworthy that their customer services team were awful. I mean I wasn't complaining about late delivery, I was very concerned about my data security, and they were useless and RUDE.
At one point, I requested a list of questions be answered regarding their request for a screenshot, and they emailed back saying they "didn't understand" my simple request. I then asked for a manager, and lo and behold, the same person who "didn't understand" replied and told me that they now understood and merely and that my data was secure, hardly comforting.
Honestly, guys, don't bother, just buy slightly more expensive stuff (Primark or Wilkinsons) and save yourself the agg and the potential breach of your data security!

My partner bought what they thought was CREED and it's fake! I don't understand how this is allowed. It's wrong. Don't shop on Wish.com. I didn't even want to put one star but you have to rate it. I'm very disappointed. When you shop, you expect the real thing, not counterfeit products.

I received an empty package for an item I ordered, I could tell the package was empty when I was trying to figure out what item was inside before making it in my door to open. So I grabbed the camera, set it up and began opening the package. No surprises, it was empty so I contacted support, and I was told that the label stickers weight is consistent with the product that I ordered. Therefore, they believed I received the item! I’m so mad! No surprises, I have now found that a lot of people are having these issues!

I tried to cancel an order that I erroneously made. I tried to cancel it minutes after the order was placed. I was guided all over the place, to no avail. Finally, when I finally found where I canceled, I was advised that the order couldn't be placed because it was "processing." The order is to supposed to arrive August 12th, so that processing business is a bullcorn.

Careful what store you buy from because there are lots of fake stores that propose goods at heavily reduced prices but don't despatch or send tracking information. Your money is then tied up for months at a time while you're forced to without for a refund. You are then tied down and the gift or item you wanted is stalled.
I went for an LCD projector for the World Cup, it's now over and I'm still waiting for a refund. Advice, just be cautious if it seems too good to be true. And store feedback is more than 200 replies.
