I purchased from the website The items looked good, BUT they aren't. The only thing that was good at all was the heart necklace, and the dog tags. I have received $1 store better products than the $11, 3-tier rack. Men and lady wedding set, some kind of creme in which I didn't order. I have constantly asked for a refund and nope, nada, except one credit out of 20 refunds needed. Wigs, ha, please, what a joke. SY12041232701, LN674536755CN (stinks like rubber tires), UQ217992809CN, item LO4167c, two thick wigs look like clown hair.

Do NOT order from this site! You'll regret it! My first few orders from here were pretty decent and gave me the impression that Wish was a reasonably well-priced site to receive great items from. !But the more I ordered from them (spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars), I started to see that their products were straight garbage! And STOPED. I started receiving merchandise that was broken, and terrible quality, it was almost like they were advertising a completely different product of way better quality that looked similar, and then selling a cheaper, terribly made version of it. I mean products that literally fell apart after washing it one time! Or looked nothing like what was being shown in the photos, or advertisments. Orders weren't being delivered when they said, and some I NEVER received at all! The products I spent a lot of money on, and when I tried to get a refund, they said that the time limit had expired...there shouldn't even be a time limit! If I didn't receive my item and you got paid for it, I should get my money back or at least resend the item period! And this was probably just a few months after ordering, absolutely ridiculous.
And then to top it off, you see things being sold at a cheap price and you think you're getting a steal, but it's all BS. Once you add said item to your cart, the shipping fees rack your total price up! That's where they get you! Sure, your items FREE because your paying $20 in shipping costs $10 in taxes and so on and so forth, so when all is said and done, you're paying full price or even more!
Don't let this site fool you. Unfortunately, I was...but I've made sure to let everyone I can know about it! And I will NEVER order from them again! Seriously I am just dissatisfied, disappointed, and frustrated with the whole matter! Save your time money and energy. Please DON'T ORDER from Wish!

I will never use this company again. I accidentally hit a button that made me pay, so I immediately sent two messages telling them to please cancel my order. They did not cancel my order. They canceled a few items but told me it was too late. My order totaled over $160. I had a coupon but I was not able to use it because by pushing the button by accident there was nothing they could do to help me except cancel a couple of items. I don't know why they could not cancel the whole order. The products are cheaply made, the sizes are usually too small, even though there's a size chart sometimes. I am done!

I have placed five orders with Wish.com and have only received two of my orders. It took more than 4 weeks to receive, the rest I have not received.
I requested refunds for orders not received and was "RED FLAGGED" as high refund customer!

The description of my product states fortnite sweater and pants, with a picture of both. I only received the pair of pants, which is of cheap material and could have made myself with my Cricut. When I emailed customer service, they stated that the item was correct and I could get a refund but would have to pay for shipping. My friend ordered from this company her daughter's prom dress and it was nothing like what she ordered. They are a false advert and don’t even let you leave a review on the actual product you purchased and the only reviews on my buyer are positive reviews. This website is a scam!

I've placed my order on the 29th of October 2018 but the order is still pending. I really need the items for a wedding, but I think I have some regrets for ordering because of the negative comments by others.
I'm hoping to get a positive response. How long must I wait for Wish to process my order? I would like at least to get it at least this month end. How do I contact Wish from South Africa? I want to keep updated, and for me, it's better to speak directly to a person than always checking the order history because now it's been a week with no progress.

I have two major problems with this website.
I have placed 12 orders from Wish.com for a total of 16 items. Every item I got that is a phenomenal deal gets canceled and they say the sale is canceled and send a refund. It is very upsetting that 3 of 12 orders were not able to be completed. That is to say 20% of the orders are out of stock? And they are the better buys?
Next, they give you a price of an item and when you click the item, it shows the same low price next to the buy button, and then after you click buy and go to pay, the price goes up. This is called false advertising; false advertising is illegal.

I have ordered many many times from Wish during the last two years. 90 percent of the items have NOT BEEN EVEN NEAR what I have seen in the advertisement pictures. They have been horrible quality, a lot smaller than they have let customers know, or broken. I have applied for refunds often WITH PROOF OF BAD QUALITY, and now I was flagged for it. Literally, I tried to apply for a refund with an item that was broken and badly packaged and I only got a note "your account has been flagged for too may refunds, you are not able to contact support until you redeem your trust." What the heck! Now I have to pay for the broken item and all the $130 worth of stuff. I am HAPPY to PAY if it is promised quality! But if they are broken as the one I received now, is it fair? No.

If you read my communications, you should understand that my Wish app passcode has been changed to a code I do not have. This action was taken by someone at their France refund center. Last week, I requested two refunds. One was within the 30-day policy and I was advised that my credit card would be credited for the purchase, and the second transaction was out of the refund window so a Wish Dollar account was established. I neither received the credit to my Discover Card nor did I receive any Wish Dollars.
I feel that their outsourcing entity learned that by using my Credit Card for this fraudulent purchase the changing my Wish app to prevent me from stopping the action or receiving the refund via Wish Dollars would conceal their crime. THEY have an issue on their end, and I learned I am not the only customer victimized in this manner.
Wish, if you would call me with the contact number provided, this would greatly improve this communication method. Discover has been advised, and they have opened an investigation that would benefit from your honest interactions, and we can stop this activity together and not negatively impact your business. Also, I would strongly recommend you review this new Wish Dollar program and increase security protocols.
Thank you, and please call me as soon as possible.

Although the prices are extremely low, you get what you pay for. For example, I ordered what looked like lower priced Breathe Right knockoff. I waited a month for delivery, and when the finally came, there was no glue (or whatever they use). Absolute garbage, I threw them out.
