They sent me a cologne I ordered. The bottle in the picture looks big - bottle sent was less than 1 oz, a very tiny bottle. I also ordered a mic that is defective...or just doesn’t sound like a Sennheiser mic should. I’ve been trying to get my money back, but all they have is email, no luck. I don’t recommend you do business with Wish.

As long as you order with the thought in mind that you get what you pay for, you're good. I've ordered at least two dozen items from Wish so far, and I've been exceptionally happy with most of those items, and the other items, eh, but at least I didn't spend a lot of money on them. I've bought cheap crap at expensive prices before, so in my opinion, it is better to buy cheap and have it fall apart than buy expensive and still have it fall apart. I probably wouldn't buy electronics through Wish, because that's where I draw the line. Read customer reviews. Just be smart. My MIL, SIL, and one of my best friends were the ones who convinced me to shop there.

Never deal with a company that holds your credit card on file. No chance to cancel an order and all customer "service" is aimed at stealing your money. Same deals can be had direct with AliExpress in most cases (all their junk comes from China anyway), and you will find the Chinese more honest and easier to deal with.

I was very excited when a friend told me about Wish.com. He ordered just one item, a watch, made of mahogany. It came early, it fit, good looking watch. So, I began shopping! Prices were so good I thought...too good to be true. Well, I was right. I went crazy fun, spending too much money. To my disappointment, NOTHING was as described, NOTHING fit like told, and some orders never confirmed or delivered! Yet they took my payment. I can go on, but I'm sure you get the point. Is Wish a scam? ABSOLUTELY! Please DO NOT ORDER from Wish.com! Exploitation! Cheers!

I placed my order in mid-November for gifts for my granddaughter who had only returned home a couple of months ago after a 4-year disappearance. We have little money so went through this site. Placed the order around the 15th of November. Today is December 21st and all of the things we ordered were "shipped" and the dates were to arrive in time for Christmas. Now, even though they have been shipped last month, not even ONE has arrived, and the arrival dates have extended by the company past Christmas AFTER they've been shipped.

Customer service is ALL AI - no humans.

AND two items have been paid for but completely dropped from my order completely! So they took the money I had, stole it, and never delivered one thing. They call it "shipped" so they can tell you that you cannot cancel your order since it's been shipped.

These people can kiss my butt; I will make them my personal mission to be exposed to the media. I didn't even want to give them ONE star, but I had to put something.

My first order I never received half of my order, but I was refunded fairly easily. My second order, I never received any of my items, I was refunded for three items and when I queried the other items, I was blocked from receiving refunds, being told I need to shop more to get my account in good standing to be able to get refunds. What the heck, so I haven't received my items and more never been refunded. Scam company they are.

I ordered around 10 different items from Wish.com, all in the same order. Every one of them was junk! One was a sweater, and when I got it, it did not have a single tag in it and had a knitting needle gadget stuck in it. It was nothing like the picture I saw. I will never order from them again and removed their app. Just an FYI for you all.

I am trying to unsubscribe from this darn website for weeks but it won't go away. It is stuck on my mailbox like a leach, I am sick and tired of their newsletters.

How can I let them know I do not want to shop anymore? I have tried asking for a forgotten password. I get an automated message about sending a link, but nothing comes in my mailbox.

I wish I could give minus stars. Wish is nothing but a scam.

I got so many ads of the Wish app on my Facebook page so I downloaded the app. It looked like an eBay or an Amazon with more competitive prices. Stupid me bought so many things, thinking it as a great bargain. But as started getting my orders, I realized they are nothing like the photos.

They had listed a fluffy big rug in amazing earth colors but I received something like a flat bathroom mat.

Then I order three pieces of designer chopping boards but received only one - smallest one.

There was a nappy changing bag for £1 - advertised as limited time sale. I bought one but within two days it showed as delivered. How can an item coming from China be delivered in two days! I had to fight and wait nearly two months to get a refund.

After giving me £1 back, they blocked my account for customer support, which means I can't get help for any of my remaining order - I still have so many orders undelivered.

After a few days I receive the order of a baby towel, but it came dirty with lots of marks, looked used. I received baby shoes with a big scratch on the front. I didn't receive the shower holder and another pair of baby shoes.

I kept on asking for help - they don't have a phone number so I had to use only automated customer support link. Every time I use it, it says I have to make purchases to get help.

I had contacted customer support via email so kept on emailing them with photographs and kept chasing delivery but got no help.

Now they don't reply to emails either.

This is my advise to anyone reading this feedback - DO NOT BUY anything from this company! If you have too much money, donate it or throw it in a river, but don't give it these scammers!

I have bought a tablet on Wish.com in 2018, October 12th. The announce promised to deliver the product on November 28th, almost two months later. I have found this fantastic (I live in Brazil) and decided to buy mainly because of this deadline, that is far much better than the other sites like Alibaba.com.

However, it is December 19th now and my package has not arrived yet. After contacting the Customer Service three times without an answer, requesting a refund, there was an answer saying my product was already in Brazil since October 25th, showing some unprecise tracking info.

So, after being deceived, I demand a full refund, since my package was lost and Wish has not a clue where it is. They can only say that it arrived at one of the Brazilian Post offices two months ago and then they are not responsible for it anymore. That is not enough since I have paid to receive the package at my home.

The Customer Service is clearly ignoring me and trying to make me give up by waiting.

I'd like to ask for help to someone more serious from the Company who could give me my refund according to the Company policy.

Never order from this site - they never send what they say or show bad quality. They show a comforter, and it was a sheet. They showed 8 markers with a board and sent me one marker. Sucks!
