Product comes in a thin paper rectangular box necessary to hold 100 individual pieces. This box was packed and mailed in a small flat padded envelope. Needless to say, the box was destroyed. Company never responded to correspondence asking to make the situation right.

1. You make a purchase online.

2. Wish.com takes your money and gives a ridiculously long delivery date.

3. Wish.com mails you an empty envelope then marks your order as "delivered."

4. Wish refuses to refund your money when you tell them you received an empty envelope.

5. Wish uses the fake tracking number on the fraudulent envelope they’ve sent as their reason for not refunding your money.

It’s a scam.

Order NOTHING from Wish.com - they are scammers. Committing fraud.

I’ve reported them to the federal government for mail fraud and hope they are fined and shut down permanently.

Every one of my orders start with a shipping time of 1-2 months, then after the original delivery date passes they push the shipping time out another 2-3 months, and they will not let you cancel your order, but they sure take the money out quick when you order! There are no customer service reps you can talk to either! Save your money, you will not get what you ordered anyways!

They keep pushing the delivery date. First it was the first week in July, then it was the first week of August, now the estimated time of arrival is the last day of September! Don't buy from these people unless you want to wait forever. I'll be surprised if I get my order at all! What a rip-off!

Warning! Wish is a scam. You may get some things but eventually, you will get ripped off. They postponed a refund for so long, then claimed time had expired. Sent broken items and sometimes thing don't show up at all.

What a load of crap. First offers are shown with a clock so I "purchased" multiple offers and they took payment. Plus a number of full-priced items.

Emails received from Wish confirming the orders, after all they took payment, right?

Emails then received explaining the offers were not available - out of 6 offers not one was available - a refund would occur within a number of days.

I attempted to contact Wish to cancel all orders - no reply. Attempted to log into Wish but was told I was unable to as my email/password were incorrect - not the case attempted to deal with them via a reconciliation website - nope, no joy.

Out of the full payed items I have received one of 4 over the past 8 weeks, the item I received was utter utter rubbish.

Anyone who states this company offers value for money is providing a false review. Total rip off, scam, avoid.

I ordered an item on May 11th. Was told it would be delivered by June 27th, I accepted that. Now they are telling me it won't be delivered until July 18 or in that vicinity. They were quit to take my money. Don't, I repeat, don't order from these people!

I ordered a number of items from Wish almost four months ago. Of the 14 items I ordered, several have FINALLY arrived after a three-and-a-half month-long wait, and none of them were as described. A 1000 watt solar panel turned out to be a miniature 18-volt 1.6 amp (=28.8 watts) solar panel. A fairly expensive "flip the drill bit" gadget that was supposed to come in a hard yellow case ended up being delivered as an incredibly cheap, miniature screwdriver set in a little clear plastic cone the size of a small plastic prescription bottle. It was almost equivalent in quality to the .99 cent eye-glass repair kits you can buy. Shall I go on? A somewhat expensive "intelligent self-charging sweeping robot" supposed to include a WiFi interface and looking in the picture like a Roomba, turned out delivered as a child's toy, maybe four inches across, that runs off 4 AAA batteries.

And refunds? Oh, turns out there is no way to obtain any. Any contact with customer service gets you a form email response "We're sorry, but we're not responsible for the merchandise sold on our site..." "signed" with a computer-generated bogus name.

I ordered an item (curtain eyelets) from Wish.com and never received them. I am still waiting over 2 months now, from April 13th, 2020, today is June 17th. I sent more than 57 emails asking where and when to expect the item to arrive, all my emails were answered by the call center, no names, no title, nothing, only to wait. I've been asking them that for over 2 months I did not receive my order, please refund my money, the answer is to wait for the item to arrive than proceed for refund. I can't understand how an order takes more than 2 months and it never arrived.

Wish is a big scam, big thief over the internet. The owner is a liar who collects money by scamming customers!

I put in an order with them more than three months ago and I actually forgot about it when I was going through my saved emails and saw the order confirmation. I tried to contact them several times with no response. I started reading the other reviews and just assume I am now a member of the ripped-off customers club. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything from them.

Wish is a scam...beware...they are THIEVES. I ordered 5 items, together around 450 AUD, so far NOTHING has arrived after 40 days. I wrote several complaints/inquiries...they make it as difficult as possible to get in contact with them. And I get STUPID answers as to why it is LATE. They keep EXTENDING the delivery date (wist some items it has been changed/extended 3 times, each time with another fortnight). THEY ARE THIEVES.
