I had been shopping here for years. They have very rude customer service. I will no longer shop here after my latest experience with "customer service."
What happened was I placed an order, then within five minutes, it had been refunded. I did not request a refund. I wrote in to ask what was going on. I was told they were trying to "protect" my account, and they would need photographic evidence that my debit card is in fact my debit card. I was told they would need a screenshot of my bank statement showing my latest Wish purchase. Sounds weird. But I went ahead and sent them a screenshot with everything covered except what they requested. They then told me they would need a better screenshot of my bank statement.
I’m wondering if there was really any security concern at all. I don’t know why there would be, and they provided no explanation whatsoever.
The conclusion I’ve come to is that the people at Wish are the untrustworthy ones. They do not need my personal bank account information unless for malicious purposes.
I don’t recommend this company one bit. Besides that, the items they sell can be found at better prices at Amazon or almost any other online retailer, the quality on most items is bad, to say the least.
So, if you want to throw your money away and wait on an order for well over one month, if you receive it at all, then this is the place for you. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
