Wish, your shipping cost is too much, items end up costing 3 times the original price, it really is not worth to buy from Wish. Everyone else offers free shipping or very little cost. Also, shipping takes too long to receive.

It has been two months since I ordered my items and when I checked the tracking number my items got sent back to China without my knowledge, and they will not refund. I'm so confused because I got two other items using the same address, but my eight other items got sent back for reasons I don't know. Worst company, don't order!

I bought a black bag as it was advertised as leather (other similar were correctly described as PU), which it clearly isn't. I would not have ordered if I'd known. Disappointed but a good lesson learned. Will be giving Wish a miss from now on. It was recommended by a friend but obviously very hit and miss.

I ordered four items on Wish back on December 28, 2018 and never received one single item, even when I received notifications that two out of the four items were delivered since January 10th. I never received anything! I can't even ask for a full reimbursement since I bought my stuff with a $50 gift card I got for Xmas, and I don't have the number on me anymore, so I lost my money. I was really looking forward to receiving my stuff but thought it was a trusted vendor.

I contacted Wish via email, through their very inefficient app and WhatsApp since they send me more than seven emails on a daily basis selling more of their stuff to no avail. This is a ripoff! I will never order again from these people and will never recommend to anyone. If you have never ordered from them, don't do it! Keep your money and rather waste it on garbage. You will get more out of that!

I had to give this review one star because there is no lower option, but if it were to me, I would have given them a zero.

I didn't get six items, approximately the sum of $ 100, no items, no money back! Even no apology. Don't trust this company!

Three orders I received contained items of lesser values than the items shown in the listing. After two complaints, I was blocked from reaching customer service. I did not order the items shipped, and now I am stuck with a mono-scope that does not contain the night vision option as shown in the listing. This company's practices are fraudulent. "Bait and switch" is illegal in the county. I will never order from this site again and I will share my bad experience with everyone I know.

I have ordered many, many items from Wish, however, I no longer do! Since September 2018 I have been waiting for a bracelet, a ring, two pairs of boots and sugar top coat. I chose to wait for my items rather than a refund but I am now being told the refund window has closed on these items! It would be a better company if you could actually reach a live person instead of a computer. This company is a SCAM!

I would only give Wish one star because some of the things that come are not very good. Some of the things that come are cheap plastic and not as large as they appear on the website. I did get some good things on the website, but not good enough to shop there anymore. I may shop again, I'm not sure, the only way I think I will shop again is if they give me the money to mail the stuff that I didn't like back because I shouldn't have to pay for that.

I understand the website sells low-priced things, but if they want to call themselves a legitimate company, they need to send you a postage-paid envelope to return anything you are dissatisfied with at no cost to you, then they would be a website that shows their customers that they care if they send out shottie things. I'm still waiting on some of the things I ordered, hopefully, the rest of the things that come are good. I have to be honest and say that I did like some of the things, but not all of them. First of all, you have to wait two or three weeks for your stuff, and the free stuff is not free - you have to pay shipping and their shipping is the same price as buying in the store. I'm only shopping Amazon - cheap, and you get your stuff in two days. I'm happy now.

I just wanted to let anyone that would like to buy from Wish know that I did have a positive experience buying nine items. It took about a month but I was okay with that and the quality of what I purchased. Now I'm completely in the dark about Wish. I presently have 12 items in my cart. I've been trying to get replies back from Wish about some of them so I won't buy the wrong size. I've sent over eight emails to their site. Not one replied back and now I'm not trusting them because I've gotten no response back and they have a phone number that only refers you to their email. Very strange experience for me. In my last email I told them because they haven't responded to me I was not going to buy anything else. A great and bad experience from a company that I really can't figure out. I've decided to delete Wish. My advice is, stay away until you hear they have a legitimate customer service phone number.

I ordered just one small item to check it out because of bad reviews. 50 cents. I will never order anything else. Over one month and nothing received. I am glad I didn't waste more money on this site!
