I ordered 12 strands of beads. Each strand should have at least 50 beads. I received 23-bead strands. Also, they pictured one thing but sent an ugly half strand 3 times. I tried to call or talk to them and they have no history of my orders. They have no email address, no phone number, no address to contact them. I spent $90 for 12 strands and received half the beads. I will never order or recommend them to anyone.

I have never had such a bad experience ever with any company. I ordered two items (for the first and last time), one item is OK but the second, despite ordering a size 8 was actually a size 14. I have tried since the 6th of February to get someone to reply to me so that I could return the item and receive a refund. Today I received an email saying that I have been claiming too many refunds. I am at a total loss to understand this as it was my first order and I only want to return 1 item. Absolute conmen - stay away.

For some reason after numerous purchases, some good some bad, my account was frozen. I found someone had changed my delivery address to their address (which also happened on my eBay account). I have sent requested information but received no response from Wish. Since there are no humans to answer anything you are stuck with automated responses that cannot resolve the problem. I will no longer deal with Wish and cannot recommend the site to anyone after this experience. I really enjoyed the site and did a great deal of shopping on it but this definitely changed my opinion of Wish.

So, if you read through the TOS, it basically states that Wish.com or any of its other websites are in no way responsible for any transactions, good, bad or indifferent by any of its merchants. So, if you ordered three drones for your sons and paid $204 for them on January 30th and they never showed up and the transaction mysteriously disappeared from your purchase history on their website, your screwed. Don't order from this website. It's a total scam.

Caution! Excessive shipping fees and taxes. The sellers charge you postal fees and tax, then Wish charges you again. They have been reported for this. I contacted them only to hear very poor excuses as to why they are ripping people off. It is about time they go under investigation and suffer consequences for this. Freezing assets and returning those excessive charges to victims is a good start.

So I ordered 4 items from Wish.com only to find out ONE ITEM got refunded back to me after I had ordered it an hour prior to the refund. Then the three other products ended up getting processed only to find out they got delayed to the 26th and 27th, which today is the 26th of February 2019 and I STILL have not received one of the three other items and not I'm angry and wondering if even my other two items will show up. If not, I'm getting ahold of the Better Business Bureau and have Wish investigated for fraud!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I got hooked on this shopping site. I have spent loads of cash on these vendors only to find that the consumer promise, "Wish has your back" is a scandalous lie. The photos, sizing charts, descriptions of the products are all incorrect. This is false advertising and scam. Customer support is very sketchy and only rarely will grant a refund. Fellow online shoppers, save your money or shop Amazon!

I received my first order, it was delivered to the post office, had to pay extra, such terrible quality, immediatly discarded the items. Don't support this company, it's a total rip off. Pictures do not look like the real item. They should be stopped!

This is a horrible website. I’ve purchased many things, and none of them have come. For example, I purchased something on December 25th, 2018 and today it is February 22nd, 2019, Friday. I don’t trust this site anymore. Now, I’ve tried to refund, and it’s saying, "Oh, it’s too late to refund." My packages may just be lost in transit, but that is no excuse. Thank you.

I ordered a product that had over a month shipping estimate. After that date came and went, I tried to contact customer service and was given a new date a week out. That day came and went and the automated customer service gave me a new date a week out. It's been over a month and a half and the tracking info hasn't changed in over 3 weeks. I want to be done and cancel the order, but there is no option for that and no option to contact a human for any help.

Of the couple items I did receive, all of them were extremely low quality. I would recommend using eBay for your low-quality Chinese junk because they actually offer some customer service if something goes wrong. AVOID WISH AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a twin air mattress I saw on a Facebook ad. Ordered on January 10th of 2019, money was deducted out of my account on January 12th, and I have not received my item or heard from anyone at Wish and it is February 21st. Total SCAM is all I can say. I would give this company a zero!
