When I first joined Wish, I was really happy with the items I bought. If I have a query, I could contact support where I could talk to an actual person. Now it’s automated answers where you have to choose one. Now I’m very disappointed with Wish, they have flagged my account for excessive refunds, which is wrong because I’ve never asked for a refund on anything I’ve tried to buy, but when would I receive it? So if I haven’t received it, they refund me (which I never asked for) and now I thought I’d give it another chance to try and order something. I get the same response, my account is flagged for excessive refunds and as I mentioned before, I never asked for refunds, only my items. I would recommend to friends how Wish is good but I feel it would be a lie, but I have done it, I have recommended them, but now I will tell them to steer clear of Wish and how bad customer service really is.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
