Overall my experience with Vroom was good. The two salespeople I worked with were very friendly and helpful. Both were easily accessible and always ready to answer my questions.

Unfortunately, my experience with the car delivery service (UZ Auto Trans Inc.) was quite the opposite. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of and very unprofessional. They gave me little to no notification on when the car was going to be delivered. They actually called me on one of my supposed "blackout dates" and relayed that they were "30 minutes away" and "were ready to drop off the car". When I told the delivery driver I was out of town at the time, he immediately hung up on me. The following day (Monday, 10/5), another one of my "blackout dates", they called me 10 plus times trying to figure out a time to deliver the car that day. I eventually had to take time off work in order to make the delivery happen.

I highly recommend Vroom reevaluate their options for car delivery services because this almost made the purchase not worth it.

I've purchased several vehicles in the past, and each time it took at least 3 to 4 hours of my day. This process was the most simple, convenient, and efficient way I've ever purchased a car. I really wish my past purchases were this easy and have been recommending Vroom to everyone.

I cannot praise the Vroom team enough. They made selling my car hassle-free and they made the whole process as easy as possible.

Several weeks ago I sold my BMW to Vroom. I received a generous offer - at least a couple of thousand dollars more than anyone else I spoke to was willing to pay. I accepted with a click of a button, we exchanged paperwork, my car was picked up that week, and payment was made to close out my lease.

I needed to upgrade to a larger car. After several unsuccessful tries with other companies, I decided to try Vroom. I reached out because I did have some questions and was able to speak with Shannon H. on the phone. I took Shannon through so much with changing from car to car to car. Shannon was so patient and friendly, never snapped at me or got upset. He went the extra steps to make sure that I did get a car that I truly needed and wanted, even when I put my deposit on another car and changed my mind overnight. I'm not for sure if his Supervisor, Manager, or Owners will see this or not, but if they do, please give this Shannon H. a huge raise or promotion.

Buyer beware. If you have the patience of a saint, maybe use Vroom - otherwise, find another dealer/service to purchase a car from. Good luck getting anyone to ever call you back, getting updates on where you are at in the process, having any clue on whether or not the car will actually arrive. It was an extremely painful experience. Even the delivery wasn't handled correctly with our driver showing up at 10 pm, making us meet him in a dark parking lot miles from my house. When we did receive the car, it was as described, so there was that.

To be honest, if there was a zero star review, this company would be it. After reading all the negative reviews about this customer service, I chose not to believe it and go with my own intuition and was totally wrong. If you appreciate deceit and misleading information, this is definitely the company to do business with. Customer service is a joke. They will only call you back and follow up until the money has been transferred into their account. Once that is complete, it all goes downhill. No one will reply back to your emails, you will be put on hold for extended periods and get transferred for runarounds. They will literally leave you in the dark for any status updates. At this point, I'm beginning to wonder if the vehicle that I purchased is even as described. I hope and pray to God it is because I do not want to deal with this company ever again.

Selling your car with Vroom is a joke! If you still owe money on your car DO NOT pay Vroom the negative equity amount. Pay your bank directly. Vroom happily accepted my negative equity amount of $6000 and never picked up my vehicle. Trying to get ahold of someone who can actually answer your questions is impossible! Good luck if you’re thinking about selling your car to Vroom. I’m 4 weeks in and my car is still in the driveway, and trying to get my negative equity amount back!

Overall a great experience. Everything went smoothly and the delivered product is as expected. Minor blemishes are less noticeable than in the pictures.

The whole process is way too long, it should be shortened. The communication is terrible, I did not receive a second key fob and had to pay almost $400 for one.

The long phone wait times for assistance took all the fun out of the experience and made you want to go to a local dealer and pay more just to get it over with. If you need a car quickly this is not the venue for you. My vehicle came damaged. I’m waiting for the check for the damage estimate. I was happy they settled with me because I did not want to go through the whole torturous process again.
