I'm using VitaPulse. After a couple weeks of taking it, I seemed to feel better. It's been easier to get up in the morning and I just feel good. Maybe it was true then and I didn't notice it, but after some days, I realized after getting up in the morning I didn't feel like I needed to or wanted to go back to bed again like usual. I feel good too, now during the day with more energy, I believe. I've only been taking it for a month and a half.
A friend who I am sharing it with and has been taking it too, has wanted to stop because she experiences nausea when she takes it 1/2 hour before eating. I didn't want her to stop, so now she takes just before eating. I wonder if that's ok. She's in her late 80s and seems to have more energy and stay up more during the day when she was taking it the half hour before breakfast.
