It has been almost a month since I started taking Vital Reds. I can tell that I am feeling much less exhausted than before I started. I am a college student. Before I began taking vital reds, I would be feeling so tired by the time it was 9:00 pm. I would have to stay up later than I would like in order to study and finish homework.
By the time it was Friday, I was very much cranky and ready for the weekend so I could sleep in. Now since I've started on vital reds, I am not as tired by Friday! I have gotten 24 hrs of sleep this past week (I know it is unhealthy, but I've got classes to pass) and by the end of the week, I still am feeling so full of energy, as if I am waking up on a Monday after a weekend of sleeping!
I try to take my Vital Reds (in a 16oz bottle of water) every morning when I wake up. Since I started I have also been feeling a whole lot less snacky. I can eat a smaller portion of food without having the need to go back for seconds, so I have also been losing weight. I've lost 1 inch off my waist since starting (I haven't been eating very healthy lately either, but I bet I'd lose more if I did)!
I lost more weight than I did working out before the semester started. After I get out of school for the winter, I will start my workouts back up so I can't wait to see how vital reds will effect me with the combo!
Lastly, I have also been able to go to the bathroom more regularly (I know, sounds gross and probably too much information but it is true and we all do it).
I would like to see how this next month goes just to see if how I feel lasts. But so far I would say yes to giving it a try to others!
