After taking Vital Reds, my joint inflammation is gone. I used to go up and down the stairs one step at a time. I can't get up from long rest and can't get in and out of the car without any support. My medications are affecting my joints, esophagus, cholesterol and blood pressure level, which is high. I went to my primary doctor last April 2018 and asked him if I can stop my osteoporosis medicine since I've been taking it for over 5 years and the side effect is harming my esophagus since I've been undergoing endoscopy procedure every 6 months because of choking issues. Given the fact that my bone density improved because of my D3 and Calcium supplements, my doctor had me stopped my osteoporosis medicine but to continue my supplements.
When I went to my cardiologist last May 2018, I asked my doctor if I can just take supplements in place of my medication since I've been in that kind of medication for over 10 years for my blood pressure and cholesterol. Well doctor, I already stopped my medication and am already taking these supplements (I bought the bottles and showed him) given by my sister, Susan, since May 4, 2018. And my cardiologist said, "I've heard about Dr. Gundry and his supplements."
In closing, he got my blood pressure on my left arm, which was 110/70, asked me to lay down and took my blood pressure on my right arm, then asked me to stand up and took my blood pressure again on my left and right arm, and he said it was 120/70, which I never had this blood pressure reading before. My blood pressure never reached 140/90, was always between 125/80 to 135/80. Then he asked me to show him the bottles again and took pictures of the Prebiothrive, Vital Reds and Lectin Shield and just said "take the medication if blood pressure is 130/80," and he'll see me after a year instead of every six months. Thank you Dr. Gundry.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
