I've been taking Vital Reds for a couple of months. I mix the powder with a large glass of filtered water (it's delicious!), and I use that to take the rest of my supplements. I take supplements to build cardiovascular, digestive and brain health.

Since adding Vital Reds to my overall health program, I notice greater mental clarity and steady energy throughout the day. I am 63 years old, and I'm happy to share that I don't experience a mid or late afternoon drop in energy. I am energized throughout the day and into the evening.

If I really need a quick boost, I add a bit more Vital Reds powder around 3 in the afternoon, and my energy level stays up all day, without coffee!

Ok, so here's my story.

I was just going through Facebook and saw Vital Reds ad. I immediately said, "not another con artist trying to sell a product with all hype and no results." The video was done in a very methodical way explaining exactly why Vital Reds will work. I had just gotten over pneumonia six months prior and still felt weak and out of it, so I was desperate to find something that could help my body recover. So I said to myself," just try it, and if it doesn't work like 99.9% of other products, I'll just return it."

Now, I've taken over hundreds of products in my lifetime and supplements (being a bodybuilder), so I know what I'm talking about when I say this product is the real deal. Upon my first dose, I felt a sense of well being and had some solid energy. I said, "this must be a fluke, and maybe I'm just having a good day," which I haven't had in close to a year or more. So I took it the next day, and felt the same.

So I'm thinking to myself, could this stuff actually do what it claims? Could this be my answer to healing my body, fatigue and brain fog that I've been suffering with for so long ? It's a 100% a resounding "yes," this stuff works, works, works!

I'm still in shock and can't believe I'm feeling what I'm feeling, but I really am. When I take Vital Reds, my days are so much better with more energy, clarity, and vitality! When I first saw their request for feedback, I thought that not much had changed. On some reflection, I then realized I have more energy and am more alert to do the things that I need to do. I have only been taking them since December 10, 2016, so I am hoping for greater benefits to come.

I am a gastric bypass patient who could only eat a very small portion at each meal. I still have to get complete nutrients to sustain my body, so I look for food that gives me a lot in small amounts, and Vital Reds does so for me.

I seem to have a little more energy after drinking Vitals Reds first thing in the morning, and it seems to give me the need not to have breakfast in the morning, like I am full. By lunch, I am hungry for sure, and dinner as well. As for energy during the afternoon, not as much. I have been using it for only 3 and 1/2 weeks and will try it for the three months and see how it goes.
