I was sincerely, very, and should add pleasantly surprised that the effects were immediate (as in less than an hour) and I could feel something had changed in my body.

But, I must also add, the dosage I used the very first few times was a double portion and (as recommended) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I really did feel the difference, not only in my body metabolism and alertness but also in the joints and veins.

I do not have clogged arteries so I can not attest to its effectiveness for that kind of a problem, but can honestly say that those who have it should give it a try as they have nothing to lose, except the pain.

What I found when taking Vital Reds was that when drinking it in water first thing in the morning, I was full and had energy for a long while until I needed to eat something.

My usual breakfast was a smoothie in the morning, but the Vital Reds really fills that gap, so I have stopped the smoothies right now and feel very satisfied with the Vital Reds. I have more energy and my body feels very good and nourished.

I have been on it now for about three weeks, and I would say that I feel really nourished with it in my system that I am not very hungry for other foods. I always take it with me if I am off visiting others so I can take it in the morning. It takes so little to feel satisfied. Thank you. I am 69 years old too!

I ordered Vitals Reds for my husband, who says he feels like he has more energy. I have the probiotics on the way, and I feel that a lot of what Dr. Grundy says makes since.

I have a lot more energy now. By the second day, I could notice a difference. I wasn't getting so tired and dragging in the afternoon and needing my daily afternoon nap.

Before I realized, I had gone two full weeks without a nap during the day. That was during the first two weeks of me taking Vital Reds. Sure, I still occasionally want to take a nap once or twice a week now, if I don't get enough sleep the night before.

I started using Vital Reds at the same time when I quit smoking and stopped taking an anti-anxiety medicine that I knew was not good for me. I really think the Reds helped me get through it. This has been a really busy month for me with work and the holidays, and I made it through and had the energy to do it.

The only con of this product for me is that it seems to have made me really gassy. But other than that it's been good.

If you drink the Reds with water, there is a bitter aftertaste. Reminds me of green tea with no sweetener. I started mixing them with four ounces of naked juice smoothie and four ounces of water. It tastes really good with the naked juice, either one of the berry flavors.

The only negative I have to share about this product is when I drink it in conjunction to swallowing vitamin supplements, it actually makes me vomit. I'm not sure why. However, this is a lesson tried twice and learned, that this product isn't to be combined with anything else.

I am so glad I sat through the whole video about Vital Reds. It made so much sense to me that I tried just one bottle.

On the first day, I did have a little more energy, and on the second day, I was amazed that I wasn't so lethargic in the morning and it lasted through the evening. After a week I ordered six more bottles. I knew I wasn't getting all the healthy nutrients I needed since supermarkets don't always have fresh good food. Many times I would come home and have to throw out half the fresh fruits and vegetables.

With Vital Reds, I simply drink half a bottle of water, funnel in the Vital Reds, shake and drink, and I feel better than I did as a teenager. I found it so good (tastes like pomegranate juice) that I am going to give up cigarettes this year so I can replace it with Vital Reds. It is expensive but well worth it.

I started taking Vital Reds a month ago. Within about two weeks I started to notice that the pains and aches I had most of the time were starting to get much milder. Gradually, they are gone most of the time. After doing hard work, they will return, but don't last very long and are much milder.
