I have had Paresthesia since August of 2016. It just hit me one day. It also feels like my personal thermostat is broken, and if I get hot, I get lightheaded and dizzy. I have pins and needles from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. I also suffer severe fatigue. Gabapentin made me feel horrible. I was dizzy all day long. The taste is great. I like to have it hot with fresh lemon and ginger. I noticed being more "awake" and focused. I eat only when I'm hungry and am able to stop when full. I sleep through the night and fall asleep very easily. I've also been pooping more, and my stomach is flatter! This is after two months. I only missed one day.

I've used one of the six jars. I have no way of knowing effectiveness internally but am proceeding on utter faith in Dr. Gundry. Husband does not like the taste at all, treats it as medicine, while I am fine with the taste. Yesterday, I put a scoop in a Chobani yogurt and it was yummy.
