At first, I did not like the taste, but it has grown on me (although I still think its very sweet), and I now mix it in with my breakfast smoothie. I have noticed more clarity of thought, but no weight loss, and I will not have my blood drawn for another month to see how it has affected my numbers.

I definitely feel more energized since I've begun using the Vital Reds. It's easy to drink, and the taste is acceptable. I won't drink it anything if I don't like the taste. There is an aftertaste, but it is tolerable. Some of the powder does settle at the bottom of the glass, so the last swallow is a little unpleasant, but again I can swallow it without gagging, so again it is tolerable.

Overall I am very happy with the results of Vital Reds so far and will continue to drink it. I would recommend this product highly to family and friends.

I have had a sinus infection for quite some time now but started on the Vital Reds about a month ago. In two weeks time, I was feeling visibly better. I woke up on Day 14 and felt really good. I forgot about taking Vital Reds and couldn't figure out why I felt so good. Then I remembered. From that day on I noticed myself waking up fully awake instead of glazed over and sleeping, and dragging myself to the coffee machine. I can honestly say I feel a huge difference in the way my body feels.

I just finishing my first bottle of Vital Reds and am finding that, almost immediately, I began to feel a lot more energy. I am waking up early, with no napping, and am able to stay up later. I even have enough energy to do daily exercises in order to firm up and perhaps lose some weight, especially in the belly area. I also noticed that I am sleeping soundly for about 7 hours and am no longer kept restless by an irritated lower abdominal area. This all happened about three days after starting Vital Reds. I was surprised because I was not expecting such a dramatic change.

I am definitely going to continue Vital Reds. I ordered my second bottle, and also ordered the Superfoods and Probiotic. It's easy, and the Vital Reds tasted great.

I should first explain that I am not a blogger, and don't really enjoy writing reviews. Having read nothing really negative about the product, and understanding that Vital Reds is a food supplement and not a prescription medicine, I decided to order.

After about ten days, I noticed a significant increase in my daily energy level. I never experienced stomach upset or other negative reactions that some other reviewers did. I suppose an allergy to caffeine would make this product difficult to digest, but I have no food allergies.

The one minor weakness is that when I mix the daily spoonful with a cup of San Pellegrino water, all of it still doesn't dissolve perfectly.
