I drink Vital Reds daily, and I love the taste when I make it as a hot drink. I have plenty of energy now, and friends have told me that I look better. I have been working on weight loss and am not seeing a quick response; however, I am more interested in cholesterol and Lp(a) reduction. This is the end of my second day on Vital Reds and my first on Primal Plants. Frankly, I am astounded.
