Vital Reds has become my daily morning ritual. It has increased my energy level as well as keeping me from snacking throughout the day. Hence, I have decreased my body weight. And subsequently, I have my diabetes under control. It has enabled me to decrease my diabetic meds, and my ultimate goal is to stop my medication altogether.

My husband had a heart attack in May of this year. He had 100% blockage of RCA with two stents put it. 60% LCA. The doctor has him doing cardiac rehab and diet and no smoking, all of which he's doing. I started him on the Vital Reds soon in June, and he has noticed a big change, and when he skips it, he feels less energy and vitality. Check up is at the end of August with labs, so I will let you know results.

The Vital Reds did not give me a boost of energy. But what it did do was give me a better overall healthy feeling (don't know how else to describe it). After a typical work day, I found that I was mentally drained. Since I started taking the Vital Reds, I am not near as spent at the end of the day.

I've been drinking it every day in the morning and love the taste. I feel less tired, and my sleep is getting better. I feel I get the supplements my body needs for its proper functionality. I have not lost any weight, but that was never the intention (I weight 120 pounds, and I am 70 years old). I exercise regurarly, so I am in pretty good shape. NO diabetes, no high blood pressure. I do take cholesterol medicine as well as thyroid. My lab results are satisfactory.

On July 10, 2017, I got a call at about 8:10 am asking me about how I was doing with Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds. I replied, "Good that you called as I wanted to get an address so I could send the product back." They tried to get me to buy additional product at a reduced amount. When I said "no," they said they could give me an instant refund at 40% of my purchase price. I said, "no, just give me the address where to send it back."

They told me I would get an email as I would have to call customer service. I could not find a customer service number, but I did get an email the next day that was a survey that did not relate to my wanting a refund. I filled it out and sent the survey. It is now nine days later and no reply. Do not get involved with this company.

They offer a refund but when I called they only refund what you send back. And they recommend you try it for 90 days! So it has a 90-dayy refund but if you have nothing left, then there is NO refund! You pay shipping on the product you return. This is not how the ad reads!

It is very inconvenient if you are traveling, it is a scoop of product you need to mix in 8oz of water daily!

Having now taken Primal Plants and Vital Reds for a year I'm not really sure whether I'm more healthy or not, as it sure hasn't shown in my blood tests. My recent one showed no change in my high cholesterol and my blood sugar level up from my previous test, though we eat healthily and watch our weight along with exercising. The cost of his products is phenomenal, which definitely has led me to question his products.

Along with that, his website for us sucks as after creating an account we cannot login with our email address yet we get all the email promos from them at that email. We've contacted the web support multiple times with a whole lot of BS for answers with finally their saying we have to call any orders in. What site does this?

Also, have read some of his answers online which customers have asked of him yet there is no place on the site to ask a question to Dr. Gundry and my last email asking how to ask him a question remains unanswered. With this lack of support and the expense I'm left to feeling much of his products are unsubstantiated and thus are going to save my money with no more orders from me unless he can publish documented proof that they do what they are taught to do and not just people saying I "feel great."

Lastly, he recently came out with great heart supplement! I thought that was what the Vital Reds was for? So how confusing can it be? Do we take one or all of them? Making him more wealthy and us really not getting the benefit proclaimed. Just very disappointed.

I saw absolutely no benefits from this product. Although they do not have an auto-ship program for refills, they call, text and email you non-stop. They ignored all my requests to stop calling. Many of the callers speak such poor English that I could barely understand them, which makes me suspect that it is an overseas call service. They also use a local area code when calling, so you are more apt to answer the call. I DO NOT recommend their products!
