After reading and listening to his videos, I understand where many of my ailments started and continued to plague me. I bought this hoping it would work and based on many reviews indicating that it was pleasant tasting. This review is only based on two daily doses, and I'm only writing it because I am uncertain if I can continue with it. I simply do not believe that the reviewers who comment on the taste are from real people. This is the foulest tasting stuff I have ever put in my mouth. I've tried with water and with coffee, and it is nearly impossible to choke down. I'm going to try with lemonade and see if that helps. I really would like an honest assessment of how to get this stuff down so I can give it a fair trial.

I have noticed that I have more energy and the first couple of days I was having to go to the restroom more often, getting rid of excess water that I have been carrying. And my digestion seems to be doing better. I am so glad that I found out about this product. I will be ordering more when I need to, and I got my son to start using it also. I really wanted to love this product. I started taking it and noticed an increase in energy, until I didn't several days later. I actually started to get strange symptoms and realized I was having an allergic reaction to the additives, mainly the citric acid that is grown in black mold and the MSG that is hidden under the name "Natural Flavors."

I called the company and at first, the guy who answered played dumb to my questioning why they would use such a frightening food additives, and then he explained to me Dr. Gundry is not involved in the company. He gets paid to use his name and spread the word on the product. He did not make the product and has no say in what is put in it. Game over when asked if the Natural Flavors are really being MSG. Customer Service said they couldn't deny that it isn't used. Bingo!

I stopped the product and five days later felt like myself again.

I love the Vital Reds product and use it daily. When it is discounted properly to right around $35-$40, I consider it a good value. I just don't resonate with the sales techniques of constantly dangling the price around and find it very annoying. I will continue using it and replenish my inventory when I can buy at the lower price. Thank you for having such a high-quality product.

The product is ok. I didn't really notice all of the benefits they claim, but my biggest grip is that they harass you with endless sales calls every week. They are so annoying and I have told them to stop, but the phone calls continue. They are very sneaky too in that they use a phone number in your area, so the area code on the caller ID is a local number. They do this so that there is a higher probability that you will pick up the phone. So the bottom line is that I wish I had never been suckered into buying this lifetime of solicitation!

My wife and I have been trialing it for three months with no positive effects. My wife's cholesterol has even gone up during that period (been stable for a long time previously).

I started using Vital Reds in hopes of a miracle. I had my thyroid removed over a year ago and have struggled ever since. I knew thyroid replacement would be a hit and miss. I have been cold, tired and sometimes just plain foggy. I had no grand expectations because my thyroid is a pill. I do think it has helped. I've been less tired and thus more active. I have been warmer, but it is summer. But this is why I love Vital Reds.

I had my gall bladder removed in 1988 and have had diarrhea ever since. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to find something to help. It was really kind of funny; I wasn't expecting it to help. On day five it just suddenly hit me that the diarrhea had stopped. I was thrilled. Another week went by and still no diarrhea. I decided to stop the Vital Reds and see what happened. I take the Vital Reds first thing in the morning, and by that afternoon the diarrhea was back. I started taking the Vital Reds again. As long as I take Vital Reds in the morning, I have no diarrhea. I have since missed a couple of doses and the diarrhea returns. So my plan is to not stop.
