I'm in my 61st year of life and want to be ready to extend my playing time with my grandchildren. Looking at reducing my cholesterol, high blood pressure, and possible Type B diabetes without having to take daily pills. Exercise and healthy eating should be the route to take. However, my financial finances do not allow me to afford all the healthy foods available in the city. A solution to this problem is to buy a small plot of land in the county and start living like mankind did for many years. One can be organic if it is only to supply one family at a time (rather than a population). I hunt, therefore, I eat organic meat. I fish, therefore, I can eat. Also, true organic fish. All is left is to forget all the additives that are put onto a plate and eat simply. Olive oil, honey, and herbs should be sufficient to flavor one's plate of food!
With regard to Vital Reds on what an effect it has been to me, all I have noticed is that I have become very consistent with my fecal matter; but have not noticed any reduction in my body weight. However, will keep taking it for another two months and then decide if to continue or not.
I have one question for you doctor. I find the beverage to be very sweet. And with my Type B diabetes was wondering if this could become a problem in the long run?
By the way, FYI, I'm an Italian born individual that has always eaten a Mediterranean style of culinary diet and have avoided indulging in the American "practical eating diet."
FYI, my present weight is 192 lbs and my height is 5' 7."
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
