January 7th will be two full months since I placed my order, which I never received. I complained several times in vain, they always refer me to their automatic "assistant," and when I say this does not work, I receive the same reply each time:

Sorry to hear that your package didn't arrive yet! Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong when shipping packages overseas and occasionally orders do get lost. If you can't tell where your package is from the tracking information AND your estimated shipping time has passed, you can contact customer support for further assistance:
Tap the 'Order History' tab from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen
Find your missing item on the page
Tap on the 'Contact Support' button under that item
Follow the prompts through the Wish Assistant to submit your refund request
Should you end up opening a request in our system, you should receive a reply within 24 hours. We hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions.

"Wendy Jane!" What a joke, I really feel kidded and deceived, and helpless. I just presented them 23 EUR. And who knows how many other people like me are out there. I strongly advise you against this "company." As you can see, you can only "wish" to receive what you pay for. Unbelievable!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
