The biggest criticism I get when I tell people about BetterHelp is that they don’t want to try it because they don’t get to physically meet the person they are talking to. What I have to say about that is, where is the science to support that you actually need to physically be with your therapist to achieve recovery and based on my experience, the best therapist I have ever had, out of tons of mental health institutional navigation, is the first therapist who I was assigned in BetterHelp. Also, she lives in a different country!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
