BetterHelp came into my life at a crucial transitional time. I noticed ads for it on my Instagram quite often (I think my phone heard me crying so much, lol) and decided to give it a try one day. This is the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. I have access to a counselor from the comfort of my own bedroom or bathtub. I can type out how I am feeling during a panic attack and send that to my counselor, rather than regurgitating how I may have felt during an in-person session a week later in a completely different setting. BetterHelp, in my opinion, is next-level counseling. This is a breakthrough organization that has changed my look on life. It is counseling that works for me, finally!
