I have been using BetterHelp for a year, and I don't know how I ever lived without it. It costs a fraction of what in-person counseling costs, and you can chat and book sessions on your own schedule. Your counselor is right there in your pocket 24/7. You can also do phone or video calls if you need that human touch. I have seen real counselors in person, and my BetterHelp counselor is more qualified and was able to help me quicker than any others I have met. She is the real deal. There is no catch here, just real honest help in a more convenient format with a better price tag than the other options. I highly recommend this app.
