Having had therapy in the past, I was very hesitant about using the online service. I felt there were some things that only traditional therapy face to face was best for. Having immediate access to my counselor makes it so much easier to keep up with the process. Her responses are timely, and are enough to help make it in the moment. I was more shocked at how the matching service paired me so well with someone I needed - I would not have found her otherwise. I look forward to my video sessions and use the worksheets/therapies as needed (sometimes daily) to help me. I recommend BetterHelp.
