From our first contact with Hannah Schaeffer, we knew we were in good hands. Throughout the lengthy process, this initial feeling was confirmed. She really accommodated us with a difficult situation with our builder, Ryan Homes. She and her team were able to extend our locked rate for an additional two days which made all the difference for us. We would and have shared this experience with our family and friends.
