I start my day with a scoop of Morning Complete and a scoop of hydrolyzed collagen in a glass of filtered spring water. The apple cinnamon flavor makes it very drinkable without any awful taste. Since taking this product, I have immediately noticed a flatter stomach, no bloating, regular bowel movements, and my coffee craving has gone down. Before taking Morning Complete I would always have 1-2 small oatmeal cookies or macaroon with my coffee, but this sugary craving has completely diminished after a few days starting with Morning Complete. I have never been a big processed foods eater, so never really had constant cravings for sugary foods, but I feel like Morning Complete has helped me get rid of any remaining sugary cravings I've had before; kind of like shaking off those stubborn 5-10 lbs of weight that keep us from our goal weight.
I'm not sure where/how I've stumbled on this product initially, but I'm very glad I did.
