    Overall Experience:

    I admit to being skeptical initially with the Morning Complete breakfast powder drink but was willing to give it a try. I have been on it, on and off, for a few weeks and my observation is that it truly provides one energy and does improve GI (gastrointestinal) health in terms of regular bowel habits, which helps reduce the sensation of bloatedness. The abdominal circumference will take more time and physical activity to decrease in size, but I believe the first two results help jumpstart this third desired effect. I would recommend this product to my sister. Thank you!
