I've been receiving Bombfell shipments for several months as I signed up for the subscription service as a gift for my husband. Recently we needed to return the clothes but the try-on period ended on a Sunday, and we couldn't make it to a FedEx because our family was sick. I shared an email correspondence with Janelle who was incredibly helpful and personable. She made sure that our return was credited to our account and empathized with my family being sick. Overall the stylist and customer support have been great.
