I really like ActivatedYou. I make a shake out of it in the morning. I used water at first. I found it made me extremely gassy, however. I began experimenting with coconut water and still a bit gassy. I changed to coconut milk and added half a banana. I don't know if that is the difference, or if it's just that my stomach is finally getting used to it after a month, but I find the gassiness to be minimal now.
I do feel it is giving me more energy as well. I'm not dragging my feet when I wake up in the morning and not crashing in the middle of the day.
It's a great product. Thank you.
