I have always had a difficult digestive system. For me having a BM (and not an easy one) used to be about twice a week, never on a daily basis. When I saw Maggie's video, I thought this may be the solution. Since starting "Morning Complete," I have been going daily, not easy, but consistent. I drink plenty of water, have changed my diet somewhat. I have noticed I am not so bloated, which is great because carrying that bloat is tough on the back. This is my first month on "Morning Complete" and I hope as my body adjusts things will continue to get better.
