I just finished my first month of Total Restore. I have noticed a huge difference but still have some issues because of diet. I have cut out tomatoes but still need to work to change the way I eat. Beans, bell peppers, squash, peas, fruits, yogurt, and grains are mostly what my diet consists of. I am working to stay away from these items, but it will take some time. I am not significantly overweight, but since I now realize I eat many foods high in lectins, I am working towards moving my food intake to other things which will work better for my body.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
