BIO X4 was an effective product for weight loss.
Usually, I have a problem consistently taking pills or capsule day after day, never mind three times a day. I managed this as I was motivated.
I lost about 20 lbs over four months. It took quite a few weeks to notice any loss. I urge patience and to take it as directed on bottle instructions.
What an opportunity to eliminate all the junk food, with its harmful metabolic effects, you become healthier and happier because you feel better.
I still take BIO X4, but not as often now.
