I will premise with the fact that I have been miserable for years with IBS and then after having my gallbladder removed a few years back. It was a guessing game as to what was causing my strong reactions to food. I've done non-dairy, gluten-free, no nuts, etc. Since reading Plant Paradox and using Total Restore, I feel so much better. I can't wait to get the prebiotics and Lectin Shield in the mail. Thank you, Dr. Gundry, for making me feel human again.
