I can't say I am perfect with the diet, I did not do the initial fast but stay away from all the "no" foods! It seemed hard at first but after about four or five days, I felt so much better. It was easier. I have bone on bone in my left knee so I can't do the walking I love, but I have changed to a stationary bike. Eating out can be a challenge, but I do the best I can and try not to have to eat out often, only when it's required for business or family events. I have more energy and sleeping great. Just grateful with the plan and products.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
