I finally feel like I found a missing piece. I have been taking Total Restore for at least a month now. I left a review after the first few days because I was so happy about this product. I was afraid that like most products, this would be like a coffee rush with the crash, not at all. Total Restore is very grounding for me. At night, I am sleeping much deeper. During the day, my brain can focus on what needs to be done in a gentle, stress-free way. I am 34 years old. I am my own boss. I need structure and discipline with what needs to be done for the day. Because of high levels of stress and being pulled in many directions, I tend to overeat to calm my nerves and distract myself, but I always end up exhausted because the foods I was choosing would make me crash.

With Total Restore, I am happy to report that my thoughts are more positive, more optimistic, and the cravings are much better. I am choosing better foods, eating half the serving sizes, and I started working out again! I hadn't worked out since before my surgery in 2011. I can't that believe I found Dr. Gundry via Facebook through a video, but sure glad I did. I even got my boyfriend using Total Restore, and I can see a positive difference in both of us. Thank you so much, Dr. Gundry and team! What a gift!

PS. I just started using Lectin Shield. I've been using it for just a couple days. I'm excited to explore more products by Dr. Gundry. I forgot to mention, I have been taking pure and standard processed supplements for years, spending thousands of dollars, and I could not tell what those products were doing for me. These products are highly recommended by naturopathic doctors, I believe. Please get yourself some Total Restore! Start there! You won't regret it. I wished I would have ordered the three month supply in the beginning. So get the three month supply if you can. Sending deep breaths.
