I rarely use any sort of referral services on the internet. For the most part, you don't know who is paid paying for them or if you will receive anything of high quality. HomeLight put me in touch with several realtors in my area. All of the realtors they suggested I connected with were very professional and provided what they thought the best strategy would be to sell my home.

The realtors they recommended had very realistic timeframes and pricing strategy. My house sold within about 1% of what my agent said we should list it for.
